Newly constructed in downtown Gatlinburg! Enjoy a relaxing vacation getaway only steps away from Anakeesta and the Ripley's Aquarium! This property also offers is easy access to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Pigeon Forge, while being well positioned to take advantage of back roads to avoid the traffic of downtown Gatlinburg if desired.

This three story townhome offers 2 bedrooms each with king bed, a loft area with a bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa couch in the living room. Each floor has a full bathroom where everyone in your party can shower and get ready without having to go to a different level. The second floor hosts an open concept with a fireplace nestled between the dining room table and the living room area. Also, there is a large deck that has both a covered, screened-in area and a non-covered area. Great to get some sun during the day or to enjoy dinner or cards in the evening without the worry of mosquitos.

This property has a washer and dry inside the unit for convenience. Guests can also enjoy the communal swimming pool only a few steps from this property.
