We are 4 women who stayed two nights at the cottage. We went to a sapphire mining in the area. Our stay was great. The owners were so nice to us, gave us some to do in the area. We really enjoyed the stay and would go back again.
Nice place away from the hustle and bustle of Helena, near Canyon Ferry Lake. We enjoyed our short stay. Host was very accommodating and we really appreciated his hospitality.
Overall clean, well stocked and ready. Plenty of space to walk your dog. Only thing to try and correct might be some outside seating, and the lock at night is totally in the dark. Other than that, loved it loved it loved it. Would highly recommend!
This very homey style guest house was just what we were looking for. It is within walking distance to the nearby lake, but we were in the area to attend a wedding. The home and the location were exactly what we needed.
We were vacationing and visiting family at Canyon ferry lake. This quiet, cool retreat was the perfect getaway to relax and sleep after spending our days on the lake. Great beds, and blessed to have A/C in the Montana heat. Matt was great to work with. Thank you. Would definitely stay again if we come back next year.
My son and I enjoyed staying in this cabin for four nights. The cabin was spotless with thoughtfully provided items we might need during our stay.
The beds and pillows were so comfy. Matthew was extremely responsive. Lovely walking paths surround the cabin.
Easy access to Kim’s Marina which offers boating/sailing on beautiful Canyon Ferry Lake.
We will return to stay at this cabin next year.

Cozy cottage is a stretch of imagination
This property is NOT worth the price. It is like an old shed with multiple add ons, the floors slope and it smells musty. The small refrigerator is located in a closet with the door removed and the shower is in a hallway on the way to the toilet and sink.
Very overpriced for what it is
Very comfortable bed. Clean space. Small but cute. Bring chairs if you want to sit outside. The only thing to cook on is the bbq, there is a small microwave. Keurig for coffee and decent sized fridge.
Would definitely stay there again!!!
We were very pleased with this rental. The manager was very friendly and helpful. It has everything we needed for our stay to include refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and very comfortable beds. It is close to the marina and quiet.
This was a perfect little place for our family for a weekend get away to the lake. The property owners are very friendly and the home is very clean. A short drive gets you to great restaurants and many family friendly things to do. We really enjoyed our time here.
