About this property

Cozy, bright and quiet is my apartment - right at the foot of the Wank with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains: Zugspitze, Alpspitze and Kramer! There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large wraparound balcony (25 sqm) with sun guaranteed from morning to evening, elevator, underground parking and parking in the area. And of course high speed Wi-Fi, TV / DVD. Arrival and departure very flexible according to your / your wishes and my possibilities.
Perfect for 2, max 3-4 guests possible! Dogs welcome.

Directly at the foot of the Wank, you are in 3 minutes in the middle of nature and on hiking trails or in 5 minutes in the historic Ludwigstrasse. There are numerous restaurants, my favorite café The Ludwig, the Chocolaterie Amelie and nice little shops to discover. From my apartment you can walk directly to Partnachklamm, the ski jump can be seen from the balcony and the natural swimming pool Kainzenbad is also only 10 minutes away. But there are also many wonderful lakes for swimming. The Garmisch-Classic ski area is just 3 km away.
Last but not least: Supermarket and bakery are in 300 m, and a bus stop is also in front of the door.
If you want, I can get many tips on sports and outdoor activities, as well as restaurants or cafes. Just ask! :-)

Attention: The municipality Garmisch-Partenkirchen charges a tourist tax of 3 € / per person per night, which must be paid upon arrival. I forward the guest registration and visitor's tax directly to the community, for that there is the GaPa-ErlebnisCard for the duration of the stay (more information in the appendix).

Expert Accommodating Host!

My husband, I, and our 10 month old daughter stayed at Lena’s place for three nights - and she helped us navigate where to go with the unpredictable weather. She also was flexible, very welcoming and accommodating - providing us with a comprehensive check in and some treats and breakfast to kick off our trip! We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at Lena’s apartment. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished, and extremely well equipped. There is a huge balcony with a beautiful views of the mountains. The apartment is conveniently located close to the historic part of town, restaurants and hiking trails. There is a grocery store a few steps away as well. Lena is an exceptional host! She made us feel so welcome. She stayed in touch with us and gave us lots of helpful information. She provided us with a welcome greeting of breakfast supplies, wine and dessert treats. We will definitely be back!

Kurzurlaub in Garmisch Patenkirchen

Der Aufenthalt in Milenas Ferienwohnung war wunderschön.Besonders gefallen hat uns die persönliche und herzliche Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin.Das Willkommens Paket mit Prosecco und einem Obstkorb hat uns riesig gefreut.Herzlichen Dank dafür. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und der Ausblick auf die Berge wunderschön. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fußläufig in der Nähe. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werden bestimmt nochmals wiederkommen.

Einfach perfekt

Mein Partner und ich sind zusammen mit unserer Schäferhündin angereist und wurden sehr nett vor Ort empfangen. Wir fanden eine liebevoll, schick und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung vor, in der es sogar einen Willkommensgruß, eine Lebensmittelgrundausstattung und ein perfekt passendes Hundebett plus Näpfe gab. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt, der Balkonblick und die Lage fantastisch, gibt es nichts, absolut gar nichts auszusetzen. On top gab es noch Wander- und Fototipps, Gassirouten usw. Wir wollten eigentlich gar nicht mehr heimfahren. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank, liebe Milena, für Alles.

Ich hätte am liebsten mehr als 5 Sterne gegeben. Die bisher beste Wohnung die wir hatten! Angefangen bei der herzlichen Begrüßung inklusive kleiner (und großer) Überraschungen bis hin zur wirklich top eingerichteten Wohnung/Küche. Besonders hilfreich waren für uns Lenas Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Wir haben alles ausprobiert und wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Accueil remarquable

Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche, nous étions attendus, le frigo était plein des choses basiques (lait beurre confitures pizzas surgelées etc), des fruits frais et du vin italien sur la table. Hôte très accueillant prêt à nous donner tous les renseignements sur les activités à Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Rarement nous nous étions sentis autant accueillis dans une location de trois jours. (Et ils accepte les animaux en plus !)

Ideales Urlaubs-Hideaway

Lenas Wohnung am Fuße des Wank, in einem ruhigen Teil von Garmisch-Partenkirchen, überzeugt mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Bergwelt und einer ebenso gehobenen wie stylischen Ausstattung. Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung verlief die Kommunikation sehr unkompliziert und super nett. Ich habe mich auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt, es fehlte einfach an nichts, auch dank Lenas toller Tipps und der liebevollen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, wie einer Flasche Wein und frischer Blumen und selbst für meinen Hund gab es ein Kissen mit Leckerli. Die meisten Lokale, Einkaufsadressen und Ausflugsziele sind direkt von der Wohnung auch bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen, das die meiste Zeit in der Tiefgarage blieb. Insgesamt war’s ein sehr relaxter Aufenthalt!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in sehr schöner Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft warteten sehr liebevolle Aufmerksamkeiten auf uns. Milena war jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat uns viele gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, ruhige schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht, tollem Balkon und Parkgarage. Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Bereits im Vorfeld einen sehr netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Alle offenen Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Der positive Eindruck hat sich dann beim ersten persönlichen Kontakt bestätigt. Es handelt sich um eine wirklich schöne modern eingerichtete kleine Wohnung die in sehr gutem Zustand und Top sauber war. Wir haben uns schon beim betreten der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt und durften uns über kleine Aufmerksamkeiten freuen. Die Vermieterin hat jede Menge Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Bevor wir hier zu sehr ins Detail gehen, wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Super Lage super gepflegt. Absolut nichts zu meckern. Tolle Wohnung, tolle Gegend

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und top in Ordnung. Alles wichtige und eine riesige Tiefgarage für Auto und E-Bikes waren auch vorhanden. Auch die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem ein absolut gelungener Kurzurlaub und eine klare Empfehlung.

Wunderschöner Ausblick 🤩auf 3 Gipfel

Es war einfach, alles perfekt und mit Liebe zum Detail. Im Kühlschrank waren kleine Leckereien, an die Hunde wurde mit Leckerli ebenfalls gedacht! Der Balkon ist schön geräumig und lud zum Verweilen ein! Entweder im Schatten, oder auf der anderen Seite in der Sonne, wie man es mag😎 Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und Tipps gab es obendrein ! Perfekt

Super Lage- auch bei Anreise mit dem Zug, da Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch sonst alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Vermieterin war zeitlich zur Schlüsselübergabe sehr flexibel. Zudem habe wir von ihr viele tolle Tipps erhalten.

Super Ferienwohnung - Einfach Perfekt

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer perfekten Ferienwohnung. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Begrüßung. Sogar für die notwendigen Dinge war bereits gesorgt. Die Wohung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der große umlaufende Balkon (man hat immer Sonne) lädt zum Frühstücken oder einfach nur zum Erholen ein. Auch unserem Hund hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Einkaufszone Partenkirchen wo es viele Restaurants gibt. Viele Wandertouren können bereits von der Wohnung aus gestartet werden, man braucht keine Auto. Die Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Wohnung
