Small holiday home for 3 people at only 450 meters from the sea in Marina di Massa.
In a narrow street without traffic is located Holiday Home Pola, inserted on the land of the owner who lives next door.

By bike or on foot the sea is easily accessible and nearby there are several shops, including a bar, tobacconist and butcher.
A larger supermarket is about 3 km away.

The entrance to the property is shared with the owner and takes place via an automatic gate.
Parking space inside. The owner moves to another place to enter the house, thus ensuring greater privacy for guests.

In front of the holiday home there is a gazebo with a dining table and a gas barbecue.

Abbiamo alloggiato a casa della signora Elena e devo ammettere che per noi è stata un fantastica esperienza, ambiente perfetto per noi e per la nostra bimba di 1 anno, era come essere a casa, lo spazio fuori è stato un toccasana! Ottimo alloggio per le vacanze. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana, c'è tutto quello che può servire. Spazioso pulito e curato. Una bella cucina per poter prepare da mangiare, ben attrezzata. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Quando torneremo a marina di massa, sicuramente la contatteremo nuovamente.

La casa è in un contesto tranquillo e la proprietaria una persona adorabile, mai invadente ma disponibile per ogni necessità. I giorni trascorsi con il nostro bimbo di 2 mesi sono stati piacevoli. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente pulito e accogliente, unica pecca già segnalata da altri utenti, il letto da una piazza e mezza piuttosto piccolo per due adulti e un bimbo nella culla. Anche il divano letto in soggiorno (non è quello in foto) non ha grandissime dimensioni ma è comunque un'alternativa. Bellissimo il giardino curato dove passare all'ombra sulle sdraio le ore più calde e molto comodo il gazebo fuori con tavolo e sedie. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. Posto auto interno essenziale poichè la casa si trova in una via molto stretta e sarebbe impossibile parcheggiare nelle immediate vicinanze. A piedi la spiaggia libera più vicina non è eccezionale ma con una passeggiata si raggiungono i principali stabilimenti di Marina di Massa o con l'auto ci si sposta con facilità.

Bellissima casa immersa in un contesto molto tranquillo e familiare. La proprietaria è una signora davvero gentile e disponibile pronta a dare mille attenzioni ma comunque sempre rispettosa della privacy. Il posto non è per nulla distante dal mare ma con le alte temperature di quest'anno e la facilità di posteggio, noi abbiamo preferito muoverci in auto. Da tornarci

Erst einmal das positive, die Wohnung liegt in einer guten Lage sehr schön mit den Bergen und dem Meer, außerdem wenn man ein Stück läuft gibt es jede Menge Möglichkeiten gut essen zu gehen. Die Wohnung ist an sich sehr schön und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, sogar einer Spülmaschine. Leider hat die Wohnung aber keine Klimaanlage was man wissen sollte, die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht so sauber wie man es sich wünscht. Das das Bett nur 120cm groß ist sollte in der Beschreibung stehen und auch das Schlafsofa ist nicht größer. Also unserer Meinung nach nicht für 3 Personen ausgelegt und auch für ein Paar nicht schön im Urlaub getrennt zu schlafen. Ich würde dieses Objekt nicht nochmal buchen, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gepasst.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einer sehr herzlichen Gastgeberin. Alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Ebenfalls der Garten direkt vor der Haustür. Geschirr, Küchengeräte, Kühlschrank etc ist alles vorhanden. Man sollte allerdings die Bettgröße beachten. Da wird es zu zweit schon sehr kuschelig. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 5-10min. Tipp: einen tollen Free-Beach gibt es in Cinquale(ca 10-15min mit dem Auto). Ansonsten ist man in einer top Lage. Pisa, Lucca und Florenz sind nicht weit entfernt und ein Ausflug nach Carrara lohnt sich auch! Fazit: Top Unterkunft. Würde ich direkt wieder buchen.

Ottima soluzione per coppie o con un bimbo piccolo. Casa molto carina ed accogliente, il giardino è davvero bello e confortevole. Si trova in una zona estremamente tranquilla, auto necessaria (posto auto privato comodissimo anche per auto di grandi dimensioni). La proprietaria di casa vive nello stesso complesso, molto discreta e molto disponibile per ogni necessità. Unica piccola pecca: il letto da 120 è ristretto per due persone, ma siamo stati comunque molto bene. La casa viene commercializzata da una agenzia senza costi aggiuntivi per gli ospiti.

positiv: gute Küchenzeile mit allen Geräten/ freundlicher Hauptraum/ viel Ablagefläche / gutes Bad / sogar Spül- und Waschmaschine vorhanden/ privater Parkplatz inklusive/ richtiger Wandtresor/ WLAN funktioniert gut Information: sehr enge Wege zum Haus/ TV nur italienische Programme/ kein bzw. defekter Fön/ keine Klimaanlage/ Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, Gebrauchsartikel wie Klopapier (1 Rolle war da), Küchenrollen, Abfalltüten selbst besorgen Negativ: Das Bett ist hart und für zwei Personen entschieden zu schmal (wenn sie nicht schlanke junge Leute sind); meine Frau ist auf die Bettcouch umgezogen, die aber auch sehr hart und unbequem war/ fehlendes Mückengitter im Bad/ Warmwasser kommt erst nach langen Laufenlassen / nachts ist es nicht leise, weil im Nachbarhof oft der Hund bellt und Krankenwagen ins nahe gelegene Krankenhaus fahren

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Toskana. Wir waren mit dem Motorrad in den Bergen, in den kleinen Dörfern, berühmten Städten, kleinen einsamen Buchten, erschlossenen Stränden..... Die ist gemütlich, sauber und ruhig, aber die Küche nicht vollständig ausgestattet. Vermieterim incl. Söhne sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!
