Located 10 minutes from Disney World and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; a large swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, 30 seat cinema, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, free wifi.

From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Tuscana Resort Orlando, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland.

Located 10 minutes from Disney World and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; a large swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, 30 seat cinema, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, complimentary wifi. There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as Mcdonalds, chili's, subway, pizza hut, publix grocery store, and Walgreen's drug store.

Check out time is STRICTLY at 11AM. Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of USD100. Please note that there is no hair and body soap provided!

Please Note 2 access cards will be left in the room for access to the amenities and to get in and out of the resort. If lost or missing there will be a charge of 35 dollars per card.

Pets are on a case to case basis, please check with the owner first. Non compliance will result in a 200 USD dollar penalty!

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, laundry detergent for a load, liquid dish soap, and some dishwasher detergent for the machine.

The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event .

Distance and time listed to the parks are approximations, time may vary do to traffic or other incidents.

Amazing stay… the condo was just as described. Perfect location to the parks 25 mins w/o traffic; 30-45 mins with traffic… beautiful pool… enclosed patio where we ate our meals. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful accommodation and month long stay

The property was wonderful and just as advertised…very clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable beds. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was wonderful and warm…plenty of seating although we reserved our spot usually by 10 am. The newly open restaurant and bar at the pool was an added bonus. We had never stayed in the Champions Gate area but once we got our bearing, we were able to find everything pretty easily…Disney Springs (we weren’t planning on going to any parks), Celebration, and a lot of great restaurants. We’re hoping to come back next year…highly recommended!!!

The property manager was very communicative. The unit itself was clean, in close proximity to great restaurants and stores, and was about 1/2 hour from Disney & Lego Land. I would stay here again.

Hard to beat

Our expectations were high based on the reviews, but everything met or exceeded our hopes. Check in was so easy and spelled out very clearly. We ended up arriving early and they were so accommodating letting us in as soon as the unit was clean. Like mentioned in other reviews, you could smell the clean when you walked in. Some of the little things were also appreciated: Salt and pepper. Good pots and pans that are actually non stick. Dish soap. Hand soap at every sink. The hidden gem of this condo is the pool. GORGEOUS. and unlike other resort style pools, there was no fighting for chairs.

The apartment is nice. Owner was nice to deal with but the apartment has no sound protection. You can hear everything from the neighbors and the neighbor above does not sleep and stomps around the house until 4am every night. We did not sleep at all.

Wonderful stay

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. Wonderful pool available for guests that was enjoyable for adults and children alike. Thirty minute drive to magic kingdom. Wonderful to have the washer dryer in unit, and we enjoyed the outdoor patio as well. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return!

I love this property!!! Very clean… We could smell the bleach when we entered the property. The host was very responsive, checking to see how our stay was going throughout our time there. He even wished us a safe trip home. My guests stated they would stay there again. I would definitely return!!!

great alternative to the resort!

This was a very great location, very clean, property manager was always responsive, and the place was very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, as we made most of our meals at the property. The only negative was the people upstairs were stomping around all night long for some reason, but that's not the fault of this property of manager. Great value for the money spent.

Stylish Unit with Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed this property. The unit was very clean and had comfortable stylish furniture. The community is within walking distance to a main road with lots of places to eat and grocery stores. Easy to walk our dog and we felt safe staying there. It was approximately 15 -mins to Disney World. There was no issues with check in and great communication with host. We did not use the community pool but it looked very nice and the grounds were well kept. We would stay again!
