A beautiful beach and incredible sea views are waiting for you at Cittadinin 37!

This charming sea-view apartment is located on the second floor of a small complex with an elevator and a large communal pool with sun loungers and grass right in front of the beach of Puerto de Alcudia.

The apartment is renovated and tastefully decorated in white. It features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people, where you can spend most of your time and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The terrace is connected to the living-dining room through a glass door with a sofa for watching TV. There is another dining table for 4 people indoors, and with air conditioning. The kitchen has been refurbished and is fully equipped.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, sea views, and direct access to the terrace as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Beach towels are provided in addition to bath towels.

The location is also particularly attractive: the complex itself is quiet, but in the vicinity, there are shops, bars, restaurants, the promenade, the port, and countless leisure activities (bike rentals, boat trips, etc.). Furthermore, the beach and the port of Alcudia regularly host well-known sporting events such as the Ironman or various culinary and cultural events. The old town of Alcudia is within walking distance, and numerous bus connections offer more excursion possibilities even without a car. A great starting point for everything you could wish for on vacation.

Fabulous appartment in the heart of Alcudia

Sehr schöne Wohnung an bester Lage

Direkt am Anfang des Strandes gelegen, sodass man zu Fuss in die Altstadt laufen kann. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, auf jedem Fall empfehlenswert.

Wonderful

Lovely apartment with stunning views. Well equiped small kitchen with everything you need for cooking. nice bathroom with a large walk in shower and plenty of hot water. Extremely comfortable beds with nice clean pillows and quilts. Perfect location right on a fantastic beach with plenty of nice shops and some fantastic restaurants. No noisy clubs or loud music nearby so it was nice and peaceful to sit and enjoy a drink on the balcony on an evening. Parking is a little tricky if you have a large car as its very tight to get out of the gates. We struggled initially to actually find the apartments as they are not wery well signed and even though the google reference took us quite close, the signs on the walls were not the names of the apartments that we were in. Overall a fantastic place to stay and highly recommended.

Nice appartment in a perfect location

Great location, clean surroundings When the rental is longer than a week, 2 bath towels per person should be mandatory, this is also necessary for the kichen towels. Light in one of the bedrooms did not work. Two set of keys would have been nice.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon mit dem direkten Blick zum Strand. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Pool sind super und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Moderne Fewo mit Direktem Meerblick!

Toller Standort. Gute moderne Ausstattung. Pool in Strandnähe. Eigener Strandzugang. Nah an Stadt und Hafenpromenade. Unkomplizierte Buchung ohne Kaution. Bei IPM versteht man deutsch. Ein zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel wäre gut. Ein Schlüssel fürs Rolltor(Parkplatz). Es fehlten Weingläser. Deutsches TV war erst nach Neuprogrammierung möglich. TV im Schlafzimmer fehlt. Man wird täglich um 9.00 Uhr durch einen Laubbläser des Nachbarn geweckt.

Hervorragende Lage am Sandstrand in Port d alcudia

Toplage, wunderbar Sandstrand vorne dran, Kommunikation mit der Agentur hervorragend! Es hat alles was es braucht, einzig ein paar Handtuchhalter wäre noch praktisch im Bad und eine Kapselmaschine anstelle der Filter Kaffeemaschine, sonst perfekt! In der Nebensaison o. k. vom Lärmpegel, in der Hochsaison wahrscheinlich etwas laut da mitten in den Bars/Restaurants/Diskotheken. Alles in allem aber ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Our family settled in very quickly to this lovely apartment. The location is superb and we spent many happy hours on the balcony overlooking the beach. With 2 grown sons good WiFi connection was essential and the signal never dropped. Arrival and check out went very smoothly and I would happily recommend this apartment to other families.

Superschöner Ausblick

Die Citadini 37 ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung, die vor allem einen ganz tollen Ausblick direkt auf Strand, Meer und den Hafen von Port d'Alcudia bietet. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemessen an deutschen Standards im Ikea-Stil weitgehend modern eingerichtet. Was uns nicht gefallen hat ist die Sauberkeit des Duschbodens und der abgenutzte Chrom-Griff der Dusche, an der ich mir eine tiefe Schnittwunde am Zeigefinger zugezogen habe. Die zwei Betten in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer haben leider bei großer Hitze nachts stark nach Urin gerochen, das geht aus meiner Sicht gar nicht. Hier muss mal eine vernünftige, professionelle Reinigung oder ein Austausch erfolgen. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit der Vermietagentur war easy und sehr freundlich, die E-Mail-Kommunikation vorab etwas nervig, hier sollten besser zielgerichtete Fragen erfolgen, bei denen man den Hintergrund erkennt. Insgesamt in jedem Fall eine tolle Ferienwohnung, wobei die Mängel asap abgestellt werden sollten.

Die Mikrowelle in der küche beansprucht viel platz und bekommt ständig fettspritzer beim Braten auf dem herd ab. Ist sie wirklich notwendig?
