Home has an open floor plan with adjoining great room, dining area, and kitchen. Living room with sleeper sofa is separate. Fully appointed kitchen. Screen-in back patio with views of the Catalina Mountains. Televisions in the great room and primary bedroom with streaming services via Amazon Fire Stick with premium YouTubeTV, Amazon Prime, and other apps. Includes live tv. Wifi also included. Large laundry room with washer/dryer. Outdoor built-in natural gas grill.
