Things to know
• Our home is family-friendly, but please note that it has a balcony with stairs. Guests with small children should supervise them at all times for their safety
• The door on 3rd level is locked from both ends to ensure safety (usually, kids are staying there)
House rules
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $250.00 fine.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
•Up to 3-car parking is allowed. The neighborhood has strict parking restrictions. Parking violation in the neighborhood may incur towing at the owner's expense.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $ 1000 fine.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
