About this property

You will feel the stresses of your day just melt away the moment you step inside this lovely home. Prepare delicious home cooked meals in a fully equipped kitchen before gathering around the dinner table. Enjoy your quiet mornings sipping coffee either upstairs or downstairs while enjoying the peaceful view. The master bedroom comes with queen size bed. Bedroom #2 comes with a king and bedroom #3 has a queen. Other amenities provided for your comfort include air conditioning, washer and dryer and complimentary wireless internet access. Enjoy fishing off of your own private pier. This property includes two boat houses. One is equipped for V Hull and the other for a pontoon. Only a 20 minute ride to the beach and/or casinos.
You are in walking distance from a fabulous seafood restaurant and a bar providing another relaxing view of the river. If not very hungry, just sit outside and enjoy a cocktail. Security cameras are on the exterior of the property but are used strictly for securing our property while it is not in use. This property also offers a pontoon boat rental with a boat lift for extra comfort. Please check with me on the availability and pricing.

The BEST VRBO I've ever booked!

This place really defies comment. I'll try. This was a truly incredible stay for us. It was pristine, well organized and happily situated directly on the beautiful Jourdan River. Kim and Mark, our hosts were fabulous. We could not have wanted better. If you are looking for a top shelf waterfront with incredible hosts, this is the one. A true gem. Pictures represent the place with 100 percent accuracy. We were so at peace there, we didn't want to leave. We will return again and again. I've rented many VRBOs but never one this amazing. Awesome place!!Awesome host!!

Got the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 wonderful days. The house was perfect. You could not ask for a more beautiful view of the water from the house. The property was equipped with everything you could ever need for your stay.. Kim and Mark could not have been nicer or accommodating. We will definitely be back. We are already planning another trip back to this awesome house. Thank you Kim and Mark. See you guys again soon.
