From our property, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. Conveniently located near the 46th St Shopping Center, Grocery Store, 30+ restaurants & bars and the Newport Pier which are all within a 5-30 minute walk.
The space
Spend time experiencing fun daytime adventures with The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures which all depart from the Balboa Pier. Or simply enjoy a relaxing beach vacation!

This upper-level beach home includes:

Our home also includes A/C, 2 parking spots (1) Compact Car (1) Full Size Car/Truck, in-unit laundry, Ceiling Fans in every room, Outdoor Shower on 1st level, GIANT balcony with electric rollout shade, smart TV's (1 QLED & 1 HD LED), WiFi, Natural Gas BBQ (never runs out), bed linens, beach & bath towels, boogie boards, beach chairs/toys, and sand umbrella.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

-Tenants will be asked to agree that they have read and will comply with the HOUSE RULES outlined in this Airbnb Advertisement. Please Review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
-This is the upper (2nd Level) of a duplex home.
(You will not have access to the ground level patio/right garage)
-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
-(2) Designated parking spots are provided, (1) Compact Car (1) Full Size Car/Truck - carport located on the LEFT side of the building
- Home has (2) sets of stairs to enter the home and is NOT wheelchair accessible
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
-Crib/Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay.

The bathtub drains really slow and needs a plumber to clear it.The flooring transition pieces from kitchen needs fixing.Most of all the BBQ is in need of replacement.Location is great and love the layout and the fact that it has A/C is a plus.Not being able to BBQ was a big let down tho.Last year the manager meet us on day 1 for check in and the last day for check out,this year we never saw him.

Great location
Location was excellent. House overall was clean minus an ant problem which I think is common in the area. You are right across the street from the beach which was great. They do limit the number of people you can have stay which I wasn’t aware when I booked. We didn’t have a huge group so it didn’t pose a big problem, just wish that was more clear up front. Bedding and kitchen utensils seems a bit worn. But overall the family had a body and it was a nice place to stay.

Steps away from the Beach!
Great Beach Property with Great Management! We felt right home and our family of 6 had a great time. The kids loved that they didn't have to put on shoes to go out to the beach and we enjoyed the comfortable sofa at night watching movies and listening to the waves crash outside. We would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you, Tower 17 Properties, for being so friendly and professional.

Great Access
The property was excellent. Great access to the Beach, 2 parking spots. Easy walk for Coffee and snacks. The AC was nice do the the Heat wave for sleeping. Will rent this on again!

Was very happy with the place, it was spacious for our family of 5 and the location to the beach was perfect. Having 2 parking spots was the cherry on top, would love to go back!
