The Space:
You will have the entire downstairs to yourself with a Private entrance. 2 Bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds and one full bathroom with shower and also a half bath.
Guest Access:
Hostess will meet you to give you the keys.
THERE IS ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT. PLEASE PARK DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE BOAT.
The Neighborhood:
Best neighborhood on the beach, Sunset Beach community is filled with friendly people. Easy to walk to many restaurants and shopping. Walk, Ride Bikes, Free Beach Ride ( just tip the driver ) Uber, Lyft. Parking is very limited on the beach so a car is really not necessary.

Owner lives in the above unit, as well as there is another 1 bedroom 1 bath that sleeps 6 upstairs that can be rented for large family gatherings or groups. Hostess lives 2 streets over and available by text or in person.
