*You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
*There is no parking on the grass on the street. The HOA will tow any vehicle(s) in violation of these policies and the expense will be incurred by the guest.
* Your safety matters. The outside of the property contains cameras to monitor the home for fires, theft, and during storms when the home is not occupied. These do not look into any interior spaces.
*Due to the location near the water and in the Perdido Keys Mouse Habitat, guests may encounter native wildlife, including snakes of all species.
