Welcome to Happy Shack 2 Mountainside-Hiker's Hideaway! She may be tiny but she packs a big punch! Our tiny home is located in a small tiny -home community called Bear Pen Cove in Franklin, NC. Just 12 minutes from downtown Franklin, yet you are in your own peaceful world in the woods with gorgeous long-range mountain views! Your home base when exploring the Great Smoky Mountains. Perched on the back ridge of the community on 4.73 acres of land w/long-range mountain views. You will fall in love with our Happy Shacks!

Hi! Thank you for choosing the Happy Shack Mountainside! You will love our little slice of heaven! We have been married for almost 25 years, we love to travel and explore. We are Realtors from Tampa Bay, Florida and we love to escape to the mountains. We just had to have a sweet place to escape to! We love our tiny home because it is so close to downtown, yet you feel a world-away! There is so much to do in the area and we just love that. This home is perfect for a quiet get-away or a place to lay your head after the many outdoor adventures that are offered here.
Happy Shack Mountainside is our second Happy Shack that we own. We also own a monthly rental, Happy Shack Beachside in Sunset Beach, Treasure Island. We now have the best of both worlds and we can't wait to share them with you!
