Superb first floor apartment in Tranche sur Mer, 600 m from the beach, ideal for a family vacation by the sea. The interior is functional and comfortable, and the garden and terrace invite you to sunbathe or just relax. At the nearby 12 kilometer beach, you can enjoy many water activities such as paddling, windsurfing and sailing. You can also take beautiful bike rides on the 150 km long bike path to discover the beautiful landscapes of the Vendée. And be tempted by a trip to the Ile de Ré to admire beautiful landscapes and a friendly and warm atmosphere. Young and old can spend a good time in the park in the summer O'Gliss, or you can also spend an unforgettable day in Les Sables d'Olonne.
