What makes this property unique
The complex pool is steps away from the condo with short distance beaches to (cortecito, punta cana, los corales). The Cocotal Golf & Country Club area is a very secure community, it has a restaurant and Mini Market in the complex. A wonderful golf course, paddle tennis courts, Club House and Swimming Pool. For golf access and/or resort access to Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort and Meliá Caribe Beach Resort, please contact me to provide details. The street where the villa is located is very quiet, with very little or almost no vehicular traffic. In one of the most prestigious communities on the east coast of the Dominican Republic.
