This beautiful ground floor holiday apartment in Oropesa del Mar impresses with 2 spacious terraces, a separate entrance and its own garage. On a living area of 65 m² you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ideal for 4 people, with the possibility of an additional person on the sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room. One of the terraces is located at the entrance and the other at the rear of the house overlooking the communal gardens and pool. The location on a resident-free street allows for a relaxing holiday in pleasant peace and quiet.
The well-kept apartment is only a 10-minute walk from Les Amplaries beach and the Polinesia water park, is surrounded by various parks and there is a supermarket right next door. Playa Morro de Gos and the Mueso del Hierro museum are just 5 kilometres away.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open June - end August.
