Poor Communication / Completely Disappointed

We never received access information to this property. We repeatedly contacted the host and the customer service with no success. We were forced to book just before our flight due to the poor communication of this host.My trust has been violated. Most likely I have no intentions of using VRBO again. This experience was a disgrace to VRBO. I certainly hope something is done so that no other customers go through what I went through.My parents are elderly, and my mother has reduced mobility which added to the frustration/aggravation of a last-minute cancellation. How could they? I feel victimized! I’m currently waiting to be compensated for the mistreatment that my family and I have experienced. I certainly hope that VRBO removes hosts that act in such an egregious manner.Sincerely,Disappointed Customer

Great place to stay!

Super beautiful apartment! The view was espectacular and everything inside was just like the picture. Would most definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice vacation stay in brickell.

Great Place To Stay

The condo was cute and clean. Check in process was mostly smooth. The area is super nice and walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and bars. I only stayed one night but I would def come back. Brickell is a nice neighborhood with lots to do and great restaurants.

Nice view

Overall a nice place. Chairs on deck are falling apart and one shower didn’t have hot water but otherwise it was a nice place and we enjoyed the view
