From here you look out over the well-maintained complex with communal pool, which you can enter directly via the terrace. There is a parking space at your disposal.

The location of the apartment is central and stores of all kinds are within walking distance. The beach of El Albir is located at the end of the street in, only 160 meters away, where you will find a variety of restaurants on the beach promenade.
