Very simple residence "Christiania". In the centre, 50 m from the skiing area. In the house: boutique, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Public parking 250 m extra. Supermarket 250 m, bar 50 m, bakery 20 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz télécabine" 100 m, railway station "Sion" 16.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 900 m. Tennis 900 m, skisport facilities 50 m, ski rental 10 m, ski-kindergarten 500 m, ice rink 250 m, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 vallées Tracouet 50 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 200 m, Bisse du milieu 200 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.
"Christiania I R3", 1-room studio 36 m2 on 3rd floor, north facing position. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double fold-away bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV. Exit to the balcony. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 180 cm). Small kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony, north-west facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 6C (roofed), height 190 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Au pieds du téléski de Tracouet très pratique. Attention, quartier assez bruyant avec les bars de l’après ski. Appartement vieillissant qui mériterait un coup de refresh.

Gemiddeld appartement in verouderde staat

Appartement is gemiddeld in verouderde staat, welke wel enorm gunstig is gelegen vlak tegenover de skilift. Parkeergarage en skilocker zijn super handig en uitstekend bereikbaar. Meubilair is in slechte staat met scheuren in de bekleding van de fauteuils, de eettafel is gammel, het bed kraakt enorm met harde matrassen. De planken van stapelbed zitten met tape vast aan het stalen frame. De badkamer is verouderd, de toilet staat los en er zit met schimmel op de kit rand van het bad.

Appartement pratique mais à moderniser

L'appartement est bien agencé : lit placard et idem dans l'entrée. De ce fait la pièce à vivre est vaste. Le balcon est agréable avec vue sur la station. Le bémol dans cette location est son manque de rénovation : salle de bains d'il y a trente ans et cuisine idem. Pas de micro ondes - pas de bouilloire et pas de four correct. Il est aussi déplaisant de récupérer du linge loué et payé cher de mauvaise facture et usé. Un accueil avec papier hygiénique et du liquide vaisselle serait normal !
