Très bel endroit
Bon emplacement, appt très bien situé, avec une grande terrasse, soleil vers 16h, magasins, plage, bus... tout à côté. Le seul hic du logement est fonctionnel, petit frigo pour une famille de 4, qui a l'air neuf mais ne refroidi pas, les plaques électriques sont obsolètes,, pas de grande casserole... il aurait été préférable un lave linge

Appartement fonctionnel. Pas de vue sur la mer mais nous le savions en réservant. La vue sur le parking permet d'avoir un appartement calme sans le bruit de la rue, et à l'ombre le matin, idéal pour les grasses matinées ! Le seul hic, toute l'électricité est à revoir, prise de cafetière désolidarisée du mur, une seule prise électrique fonctionnelle. Bricolage fait par un "bricoleur du dimanche". Un lave linge serait plus utile qu'un lave vaisselle.

Bel appartement
Appartement fonctionnel ,sauf pour la cuisine, les plaques chauffantes étant de faibles qualités Belle terrasse est très ensoleillé l'après-midi (il manquerait peut-être un parasol). Les 2 chambres sont convenables et possibilité 2 autres couchages en dépannage.
