Long weekend stay for a wedding

This property was perfect for us! We had 5 adults and we were in town for a wedding. Plenty of room for all of us and we definitely had enough room to all get ready for the wedding. It was a great location- an easy drive to downtown Burlington and also a quick walk to some of the restaurants nearby.

Family together.

We were really happy with our stay. It was great to have the whole family together for a wedding. The house is well appointed immaculate. We were all very comfortable. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly!!!!

Great house

Had a great time in Ryan's house and found everything as described. Very convenient to Burlington center but also right down the street from Winooski's center and all that it has to offer. We had a great time!

Very Nice

This is a beautiful home with lots of care to details. Everything was nice and very well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone looking to visit this area

Comfortable home for catching up with old friends

The house was very comfortable and really close to downtown and Burlington. Plenty of yard games on hand that we didn’t get a chance to try due to the weather. Five of us were able to spend quality time together for a week without feeling crowded.

Lovely house

UVM Graduation Stay

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay while we attended graduation ceremonies at UVM. The age range of our guests 20-80. We were all comfortable in this home and it slept the 6 of us easily. The home was clean, well furnished, and came with everything we needed! We even had a cookout on Saturday night! Highly recommend this home!

Cozy, clean and comfortable spot!

We enjoyed are stay here, the entire home was a perfect fit and the backyard was super nice to hangout in on a beautiful weekend. You are close to downtown Burlington but we also enjoyed exploring Winooski. Lovely space, would return!!

Excellent, clean home for a relaxing family stay

This house was outstanding! Nice and clean and comfortable. The bunk room was fantastic for my kids and the living room was a nice place for the whole family to relax. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were lots of fun places nearby for eating!!

Nice location

This rental served us well as we were in town to celebrate our daughters birthday. It was super clean and the location was great. We'll definitely consider renting again in the future... Ryan seems like a great guy, he was very responsive and kind :)

Quick Work Trip

Stayed for a three nights while in town for work. What a great property located just outside of the heart of Winooski. Everything in the house is wonderfully updated, clean, and comfortable. Communication with Ryan was top notch. Highly recommend!

Great spot

This house was lovely and very comfortable. I would love to come back as a guest in the warmer months and take advantage of the nice back yard, and the back porch, and the grill. Great job on this one!

Clean, bright, new house in Winooski, VT.

The process of communicating with owner, check in and check out were seamless. Owner was efficient, the house was updated, spotless and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spacious, towels plentiful, and heat and water were adequate. My only issue was with the location of the property, not that it's the fault of the owner but would have been good to know that it's across a graveyard in a relatively modest neighborhood but very close to Burlington and Winooski downtown. Most may be fine with it but was a bit of a surprise upon first getting there but we got used to it over the next few days.

Great accommodations and location

The house is totally renovated and all furniture / eqpt brand new. Beds were comfortable, and hosts were outstanding to work with. The location is very close to Winooski Circle, and Convenient to Downtown Burlington, (5 min drive), and close to 89 for jaunts anywhere.

Overall great experience

Burlington Visit

We had a great time. Property was meticulous and maintained very well. Tons of places near by like restaurants and few mins from University of Vermont.
