Bulu Terrace Lofts offer a beautiful and unique oasis just blocks from downtown Walla Walla, Pioneer Park, and Whitman College. Walk to tasting rooms, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy the privacy of a large yard, gorgeous roof-top deck, pickle ball court, wood-burning fire pit, and more.

TWO one-bedroom loft spaces, upstairs and downstairs, are the perfect spot for friends to gather while enjoying the privacy of their own apartment. Combined, the units sleep up to eight adults as there are very comfortable queen size sleeper sofas in each unit. Bulu Terrace offers all the expected amenities: Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, "Alexa" units, full kitchens, and Weber BBQ grill.

The two upper/lower Loft Apartments are never rented separately. This offers complete privacy to the group that stays here.

Homeowners live in the main house in front of the property. Guest privacy is important to them.

Beautiful space and yard

We rented for a girls weekend and we are in love with this place! We wanted to spend all our time on patio looking over this beautiful area! Both the upstairs and downstairs had such a lovely, well-decorated, and inviting space. It was great having a fully stocked kitchen and gathering space. Each level had a comfortable bed and pull out sofa. We loved all the small touches of comfort everywhere. Everyone we encountered for this trip was welcoming and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful! We only wish we had more time to spend here-we will definitely be back!

Swim meet in Walla Walla

We had a great time at this venue. The two separate but connected apartments worked out great for my son and his family and us. It was super clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful big back yard. Wonderful outdoor sitting on the very large deck with great patio furniture plenty of room for parking upstairs and downstairs rooms only had access on the outside that was a little bit limited upstairs kitchen did not have a dishwasher

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

My husband, my sister, my brother-in-law and I spent the weekend here to celebrate our anniversaries together. We truly could not have been more pleased. Bulu Terrace was absolutely perfect- it was clean, so beautiful and had everything that we could need. Our only regret was that we could not spend more time there! We would DEFINITELY stay here again

Great wine country get-away

We stayed here with friends from abroad. The 2 apartments were perfect for the 4 of us. We spent most of our time there together on the patio - breakfasts and after dinner wine. It was wonderful.

Place was great. Two separate entrances - they don’t connect, worked great for us, but if it was a single family might not work as well. Perfect for two families or two couples!

Clean, quiet place for 2 couples, just enough privacy and shared spaces. Loved the garden, shaded patio and available grill. It is a bit of a walk to downtown area.

Wine Country with Friends

We bought this vacation as a present for our friends for Christmas last year. It was perfect. We had a wonderful time on the property as well as in the town of Walla Walla. Easy walk to town from the property. All the amenities were as promised, including the pickleball court. The two apartments provided some alone time but then the large spacious deck gave us a wonderful place to join together and have meals and drinks. Would definitely recommend this location for two couples. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful, relaxing space that was perfect to host our family visit, My elderly parents stayed downstairs and we stayed upstairs. Lots of space to hang out together on the deck and yard, but also great space to get down time away from the group.

Delightful Oasis in Walla Walla

This is just a winner! I hate to write such a glowing review as it will be that much harder to book next time! But, I can’t lie - this place is great - 2 separate. immaculate units with well-stocked little kitchens, wonderful outdoor space to gather on a huge gorgeous lot - and walking distance to Main Street. Couldn’t ask for more! We’ll definitely be back!

Nice but small

Each apartment is a small one bedroom space, well appointed and tastefully decorated and only connected via the outside staircase. If the weather cooperates (not raining or too hot ), the garden/yard and second floor deck greatly expand the livability of the house (there's no cover/umbrella on the large deck). If not, there is little space for get togethers. The bedrooms are tight, and afford only a small nightstand on one side (no place for phone, glass of water, etc.). The upper unit has slanted ceilings and both have only 7' ceilings. The bathrooms are generous, clean, nicely decorated with good water pressure and plush towels. Every door in the lower unit needs attention; oiled and/or repaired. Late night trips to the bathroom resulted in waking my partner. Communication with the owner/manager was mostly good, but on one occasion we received no response. Overall, the location is difficult to beat as it's only 12-15 minute walk to many downtown amenities. But when traveling with friends, next time I'll look for a single house that can put us all under one roof.

Great stay

Awesome location. Very well equipped. The deck and property are super nice—we loved every minute. We cooked a dinner, walked to dinner and also ordered take out in the three nights we were there! So nice to have the separate space but still easily hang together. Recommend whole heartedly. We will be back!

Great place for wine tasting weekend

Perfect place for two couples with separate apartments up and down. Good location, walkable to downtown. Deck provided a beautiful space to hang out in the afternoon. Clean modern apartments, well stocked with pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc. I highly recommend Bulu Terrace for your stay in Walla Walla.

Bulu Terrace - our wine tasting adventure

This property has nice finishes, is clean and has a large, comfortable deck. The yard is huge and has beautiful landscaping. The separate living spaces worked very well for us. We appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood and the beautiful, large trees. We also loved the proximity to downtown, and we walked multiple days to wine taste.

Perfect 70th birthday celebration

Really lovely site in an old, beautiful neighborhood and close to town, restaurants, wineries etc. We loved the raised deck especially.

Such a fun place to stay. It was perfect for my wife, child, and I traveling with our married friends who dont have kids. We would put our son to bed in the evening and walk upstairs to sit on the balcony and chat the night away. It was great. We could have our baby monitor on and hang out with our friends who we dont get to see often. We had a blast. Location was walking distance to the downtown area which was ideal. It was great. Great stay at Bulu Terrace

My family and I had an amazing stay at Bulu Terrace. The layout was perfect. My husband, teen, and I stayed upstairs and grandparents downstairs. Units were clean, well stocked, and tastefully furnished. The deck was amazing, and we also loved the onsite pickleball and large yard. Neighborhood was quiet and charming. We will definitely stay again when visiting our Walla Walla family!

Excellent location close to town

This was a great property for a weekend getaway. The units were clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for 2 couples to enjoy their own space if they wanted. The huge deck and yard were great for an evening glass of wine while planning what to do the next day. The bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival was a nice surprise. Next time we’re in Walla Walla, this property will be at the top of the list.

Perfect Walla Walla Getaway

We loved this property! Perfect for two couples. Both units were stocked with everything we needed and super clean. We loved the large upper deck and spent lots of time out there during our stay. We walked to downtown every day, so the location was fabulous. The complimentary bottle of wine was a great touch. Will definitely book again!

Great property

Loved the location - close enough to walk to downtown but in a beautiful residential area. The outdoor living options are fantastic and we used the comfortable deck and fire pit a lot because we had four adults and split the upper and lower levels among us. The indoor spaces were very comfortable- even the sofa beds! Everything was very clean and well appointed. Extra blankets for the sofa beds would have been helpful, but that’s my only minor suggestion.
