The apartment is located on the ground floor and is very quiet, yet central. You enter the apartment and get into a hall, from here you get into all rooms. The large living room has an additional sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and an adjoining conservatory. In the kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and four chairs and the bedroom has a double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m) and ample storage space for clothing. For the guests there is a cozy terrace outside and for the younger guests on the property a "small playground" has been created.

The apartments are located in the center of Holtland in a small geest village centrally in Ostfriesland. Its central location allows guests to explore inland destinations all the way to the coast in all directions.
