Zoie's Abode: Modern, Spacious 4 bed/3.5 bath Townhome near Disney

Zoie's Abode is one of our Poochella Villas vacation rentals that supports animal rescue. 20% of proceeds from Zoie's Abode is donated to the Progressive Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) located in Lynnwood, WA. PAWS rescues and adopts out cats and dogs, as well as rehabilitates injured wildlife.

Zoie's Abode is a spacious 1642 sq ft end unit townhome with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The entire unit just finished a complete modern renovation with a chill, beachy, doggy vibe. It comfortably sleeps 8, with 1 primary suite on the first floor, and a 2nd primary suite upstairs along with 2 additional bedrooms. The home has a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 roku tvs, wireless internet, and a private patio. The gated community offers a pool, lighted tennis court, clubhouse, exercise room, and playgrounds.
Please note the home has 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the home, but outside of those 2 spots there is no other overnight parking available inside the complex. There is guest parking available at the clubhouse for day use only.

Conveniently located less than 10 miles from Disney, as well as near SeaWorld and Animal Kingdom (12 miles), and Universal Studios and Volcano Bay water park (15 miles). Restaurants, grocery stores, mini golf, and other activities also are located nearby.


Policies:

Up to 2 Dogs welcome with an additional cleaning fee of $100. The community has a weight limit of 35 pounds. Dogs must be crated if left unattended, crates not provided.

No smoking of any type allowed inside or on the patio.

No events or parties. A maximum of 8 guests over the age of 2 are allowed to stay in the home.

Must be at least 25 years old to book.

Check in time is 4:00pm, Check out is 10:00am.

This home is under a pest control by a professional company. But in Florida's climate, insects are around throughout the year so please don't leave any of the doors open to allow for unwanted entry.

This home features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry, and the camera does not look into any interior spaces. Tampering or covering the doorbell is prohibited.

Great Experience

My family had a great time staying at Zoe's Abode. The size of the house was perfect for our group of eight. The owner responded to messages and resolved any issues immediately.

Dirty to the extreme

The cleanliness of the property was absolutely horrible. I put this on the cleaning crew because not being checked on. Hair, bugs cigarette buds on patio and in dining area swept into a pile and left there. Immediately left. Host responded and gave full refund.

Wonderfully cute little hideaway!

I absolutely loved Zoies! The pink/ teal vibe throughout the whole house made it very whimsical and relaxing- so great having 4 toilets-I am a HUGE flamingo fan, so this was heaven for me- being a gated community made me feel very safe- few small easy fix items, but overall i would totally rent this place again!

Great Birthday weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is very conveniently located with easy drives to all the Disneyworld parks and properties. The condo was very clean and bright with open floor plan and welcomed 1st floor bedroom with ensuite. The bedrooms upstairs including an ensuite were also very clean and welcoming. The host was very accomodating and responsive to our operator error with the gate and door codes. (remember the # key in the correct order! :) ) There was a glitch with the internet. Which the host forwarned us of. I hope she is able to get it worked out with the internet provider; because the cellular service is next to nothing in that area (ATT). I would highly recommend this property.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Since the moment we walked in the place wasn’t clean. We found a used towel in the bathroom, kitchen had roaches, the fans had a thick layer of dust and the blinds were all dirty. Also if you drive a long SUV such as GMC Yukon or so the parking is small and the car sticks out a bit which the village towed my car because of that they are super strict on that. The owner wouldn’t answer calls only msg. She never reply to me about refunding us at least some $$ from us having to spend to go get the car out and paying the towing company legit ignore my msg. We lost half of our day dealing with this. Did not enjoy my stay in this place!

The Property is amazing!. The only bad thing I found is the cleaning service they have for the Property. I saw under the bed a lot dust, like they never passed a broom and an used bandage. In the lower floor the Master bedroom. Found a big toenail in the carpet, and the coversheet stained with blood. We would like to book for next time. But really have to find better cleaning services.

The property manager communication is awesome. The property manager reached out to us before we arrived to share some information. I appreciated the outreach, and the rapid response. The rental is really nice and has the relaxed feeling. It was close to Walmart and very quiet area. We will be back again

A place to rest from your adventures

Our stay at this property was extraordinary. The interior is designed so appropriately for a beach/Florida vibe. I also liked the unique additions, like the Cyan dog statue. We didn't spend too much time at the condo, but the time we did - we were able to rest comfortably and relax. Will definitely be reserving this place again on our next Disney adventure.

This place is located in a nice n quiet area the condo is super cute decor /pics kitchen nice n clean washer /dryer great! The clubhouse n pool is nice as well n pet friendly is a plus ! I recommend removing the area rugs although they add to the decor they need to b cleaned n sanitized! We had to roll them up put them behind the sofa the vacuum was clogged n the floors had to b swept n mopped :( I also the porch area n furniture also needs some TLC I didn’t sent a complaint we took care of it!! But if u have a cleaning team bring it to their attention I forgot to mention plenty of towels n bedding which was great !!! Overall it is a nice place I didn’t give a 5 star due to the rugs floors n the vacuum n porch area n furniture!

Cute, Comfortable, Safe

We had a great stay at this property! Loved that it is in a gated community, it made us feel very safe. Love the decor of the home, very relaxing and peaceful vibe and who doesn't love the cute dog decor! The beds were comfortable and all of the spaces offered plenty of room. We had everything we needed during our stay. Close proximity to everything, shopping, food, Disney, etc. I would stay here again!

Weekend stay

Condo is nice, just as listed. Back porch is fully screened, including overhead. Due to rain we didn’t get much use of the porch area. Area is gated, but not as centrally located as we are used to. We door dashed a lot due to this. Over all, a positive experience for our crew.

A Great Visit

Upon arrival the property was clean and easily acceptable. Communication with the owner was consistent and available for assistance as needed. The group enjoyed the our visit and our expectations were met based on pictures viewed on the Vrbo site. Thanks to the flexibility of the owner we were allowed to arrive early based on change in the original program, and she also allowed us to extend our visit to allows our group more time to enjoy the area.

Beach home away from the beach!

This was a great experience! Super cute eclectic beach themed property. Very clean, modern and worked great for our trip! The check in process was seamless..codes worked, received in plenty of time etc! The only piece that could be improved on was in the upstairs master/bath room- the bed had pillows but no pillow cases on them? Thank goodness i brought my own...also those sheets need to be upgraded..they were very piley and felt like I was sleeping in sand. Thank you for sharing your beautiful townhouse with us!

Very disappointed

Based on pictures and reviews from others, I expected the condition of the property to be much better than it actually was. The only positive was the location, however the level of uncleanliness outweighed any positive attributes of the property. When we arrived at the property, it appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned. Floors were disgusting and looked like they had not been swept or mopped in a long time. The area rugs were filthy and definitely need a deep cleaning. There were cobwebs on the light fixtures and hard surfaces needed to be dusted. The showers had globs of hair and the sheets on the beds were very worn, and one bed was made with a sheet with what appeared to be melted hot glue. I had to clean the place before we could even get settled. There was also a very bad ant problem with ants in the kitchen, bedrooms, and even the bathrooms. The mood of the trip was dampened because of the condition of our accommodations. The cleaning staff needs to do a much better job.

Excellent stay

This property was perfect for our family trip to Disney. It was spacious for our family of 5. It’s about 20-30 min from the Disney parks and about 10 min from restaurants/grocery stores. The house is very clean. The beds were a bit uncomfortable as there is no box spring for the mattresses and the pillows are extra firm but we still got a great nights sleep. The owner was great at communicating very quickly when I asked questions. I would highly recommend this property!

Nicely decorated, clean townhouse, great place

The townhouse was very pretty and clean. All of the rooms are nice and most of the beds are comfortable, nicely stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood has a decent pool, workout room and tennis courts. Checking in and out was super easy. Only drawback was the traffic in the morning trying to get to 192. What should have been a 20 minute drive, turned into 35 to 40 minutes due to morning traffic. It took us an hour to get to Universal and 40 minutes to Disney due to traffic within the first 5 miles of the drive. They need to address the timing of the light.

Zoie's Abode is named after my little pittie mix Zoie who I adopted from PAWS in Lynnwood, WA, where I also volunteer at. Therefore PAWS is the rescue that is the recipient of the proceeds from this vacation rental.
