Beautiful, cosy villa "La Goccia", 600 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees. 5 km from the centre of Piegaro, outside the resort Ponibbiale, in an elevated position, 20 km from the lake. Private: park 1 ha (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (depth 160 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 26.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking at the house. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 5 km, thermal baths "San Casciano Dei Bagni" 30 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 20 km. Umbrian delight
Fantastic place to stay for a relaxing holiday - there is everything you need and more. The pool was refreshing. Giampaolo was accommodating and great to deal with. Recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and peaceful stay in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. Must sees are Assisi Perugia LakeTrasimeno (to include Passignano & Castiglione) Citta del pieve was beautiful. We ate well everywhere and very reasonable prices. Enjoy!!

Ruhig mit schönem Pool
Das Objekt bietet einen schönen Pool und Platz für gemütliche Grill-Abende. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, was man im Innern und an der Ausstattung dann auch merkt. Da wir uns jedoch meist Draussen aufgehalten haben ist das weniger ins Gewicht gefallen.

Diese Unterkunft ist im Hochsommer sicherlich erfrischend, da sehr hoch gelegen und von hohen Bäumen (auch Edelkastanien) umgeben. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Schöne Ausflüge sind in alle Richtungen möglich, aber man kommt nur mit dem Auto vom Fleck. Besonders mit Teenagern gut, da der Garten sehr weitläufig ist und jeder seine Ecke finden kann. Der Garten ist umzäunt, das ist auch mit bewegungsfreudigem Hund gut, allerdings fanden das die Hunde des Nachbarn ziemlich aufregend.

Ruhig und gemütlich rustikal
Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kinder 1 Woche im Ferienhaus La Goccia. Das Haus ist gut ausgerüstet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine etc. Der Pool wurde rege genutzt, einzig die vielen Wespen rund herum waren störend und die Kinder wurden oft gestochen. Das Haus ist abgelegen und man muss schon relativ weit fahren bis zum nächsten Supermarkt oder zum nächsten Metzger... Wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Woche.

Sommerferien
Das Haus war für unsere Ferien ideal (2 Erw., 2 Teenager und Hund). Der Pool bot die ersehnte Abkühlung an heissen Sommertagen und der Hund konnte sich auf dem komplett eingezäunten Gelände frei bewegen. Alle Fenster waren mit Mückennetz versehen und auch sonst war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Frau XXX hatte uns einen sehr herzlichen Empfang bereitet inkl. Willkommenskorb, Häppchen und wunderbarem Dessert. Sie war jederzeit für Fragen über SMS verfügbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Urlaub mit Freunden und Hund
Wir haben unsere Urlaub in dem charmanten Haus in Umbrien verbracht. Wir waren zu viert (2 Pärchen) + Hund Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen durch das eingezäunte Grundstück konnte sich der Hund frei auf dem Gelände bewegen. Zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen muss man ca 15 Minuten Autofahren. Der Empfang war herzlich, die Besitzerin super nett. Es hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Wer allerdings gesellig unterwegs ist und Party machen will ist hier falsch.

Fijne woning met zwembad
Goede woning met een zeer fijn zwembad. Alles was / is goed onderhouden. Ruimte was goed. Mooi uitzicht. Veel mogelijkheden om naartoe te gaan met als klein minpuntje dat je gemiddeld wel een reistijd (1 a 2 uur) met de auto hebt. Goede locatie om lekker uit te rusten en te genieten van de mooie omgeving.
