Discover this gorgeous and beautifully furnished, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bath custom built home available year-round. Situated on several acres and a perfectly level lot with western exposure on Eagle Lake (between Eagle and Voyageur Lakes), this home checks all the boxes. Whether fishing, boating, water skiing, swimming, dining by boat, or just relaxing by the lake, you’ll love every minute of your stay.

The Lodge is impeccably furnished throughout and offers panoramic lake views. Each of the 5 bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The open concept Great Room is simply stunning with lakeside windows, hardwood floors and a cathedral ceiling. Right off the Great Room is a lakeside deck with outdoor dining tables, seating area and gas grill. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight offering the full complement of stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for entertaining, large families and for friends to reunite and enjoy.

There is a beautiful walk-in sandy shoreline with a shallow and sandy entry perfect for swimming, leisurely relaxing and for children to splash around in the shallows. Water entrance from the shoreline is ankle deep with minimal rocks and mainly sand! The grounds are spacious and absolutely stunning. There are 2 wonderfully large private docks. To the Northwest, a metal pier with seating is perfect for enjoying among the best sunsets the chain has to offer. The wooden dock on the channel allows for ample room for your boat and water toys. In the evenings, relax lakeside around the gorgeous stone firepit in the Adirondack chairs. Complimentary firewood is provided.

If boating is what you’re after, there is a public boat landing right on Eagle Lake to bring your own boat or multiple rental options if you desire. The property has plenty of room for your recreational trailers. If you prefer, we are happy to help you with reservations for a pontoon or ski boat.

The Eagle River Chain of Lakes offers miles upon miles of breathtaking water for boating, fishing, and swimming with historic lakefront estates, incredible sunsets, and fantastic restaurants. Each lake offers its own unique charm and beauty. You’ll be surrounded by wildlife including bald eagles, deer, sometimes an occasional bear and loons. It’s the perfect environment to make lasting memories.

Eagle River hosts wonderful events year-round including the 4th of July parade and fireworks, the Fall Cranberry Festival, World Championship Snowmobile Derby, and the U.S. Pond Hockey Championship. The property is located just 5 minutes from downtown Eagle River! Nearby are great restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, hiking and biking trails as well as go karts, bowling and laser tag. The fall colors are simply captivating. The snow in the winter is magnificent.

In the wintertime, there is nothing quite like the twinkle lights downtown in the winter, the glow of the moon off the snow on the lakes, the ice fishing tents propped up on almost every lake and the feeling of coming in from some winter fun and sitting down by a blazing fire. Don’t forget to check out the Eagle River Ice Castle built by our own fire department or to take a horse drawn carriage ride through the picturesque, tall pine woods. This home proved to be everything and more for our family during our stay. So much attention given to the details that made our stay fun, comfortable, and home like. The half bath on the main floor was a nice surprise and quite useful for our family. We will be returning.

This beautiful home worked perfectly for our family. It had everything we needed. Lora is a great host and was readily available if we had a question. The outdoor property was so enjoyable whether sitting on the deck, spending time by the fire pit or kayaking. The game garage was a HUGE hit and enjoyed by all!

Amazing Property!

Everything about this place was amazing! Even the rainy days there were things to do in the garage or basement (ping-pong, foosball, and darts). The bonfire pit was PERFECT. And when it did not rain we caught a few 3 LB small-mouth bass right off the dock.

Labor Day weekend getaway

A must stay!!

360 degree view, clean, spacious, kitchen with everything you could possibly need and comfortable beds. The host was always available and checked in to make sure the place was meeting our expectations, which actually the place exceeded our expectations. The decor was so thoughtful and fun. We were never bored and though we left the place to explore and experience Three Lakes & Eagle River, we were always excited to get back to the house. I would stay here again if ever in the area!

Fantastic Labor Day Weekend

I’ve rented many places in the Eagle River area, and this one was far and away the best. It was like walking into a brand new cabin. Everything was clean, like-new and as-advertised. All the rooms were comfy and clean. The utilities and appliances were great. The game room in the garage was an exceptional bonus for the kids when the weather was a bit too cold to be on the lake. The property itself cannot be beat! 270 degree waterfront with both lake and channel access allowed for spectacular boat-watching, boating and swimming. I can’t wait to rent this property again!

Excellent Stay

Property was terrific - new and super clean. Beautiful inside and out. House is located right on the lake with easy steps into the water for little kids. We also enjoyed the kayaks and stand up boards. The host Lora was very attentive and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend.

Awesome property with great amenities!

I can't say enough about this place as we had a great stay at this lodge. The place was very clean and well maintained with tons of amenities. The bonus area in the garage with a ping pong table and various bar games was a nice surprise. Lora was great to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We will definitely be making a return trip.

Family Vacation-Fabulous Property

This property was PERFECT for our gathering of our 3 adult kids' families/grand-kids. Everyone was impressed with the high quality of all amenities: furnishings, deck chairs, grill, kitchen and accessories, swings, etc. We utilized everything the property offered: swings (huge hit w/ grand-kids), fire pit, both docks, shallow water area, kayaks, great kitchen to prepare meals, grill, deck, ping pong table in garage, and the large yard for kids to utilize. The location on Eagle lake is ideal with awesome sunset views. Communication with owner was top notch. Highly recommend this property.

Best end of summer vacation

This was a fabulous family retreat. The home, grounds and location provided everything anyone could need. Everyone had their own rooms and space to spread out when needed. Renting a boat was easy, mornings off the dock and nightly bonfires, the garage game room was so much fun. The views were unbelievable. Great fishing, two Musky and one huge small mouth bass made this the highlight for my husband. We look forward to making this a yearly trip and highly recommend this home for a large family or group. Our host was very helpful, quick to respond and a true professional. We are already looking forward to next year!

Beautiful cabin

Cabin was beautiful & loved it was closed to lake where we could still our childrens when they’re swimming. Had game activities we enjoyed & in garage as well. A pool table would’ve been awesome but kids loved the ping pong table! A small playground near by as well & shopping locations near by too. Beds were comfy indeed! Master bedrooms bathroom was nice but wished showered worked. Some drawers and certain area still had trash or items left from previous renters as we inspected the home first but overall we enjoyed the stay indeed! Anyone who is interested in renting, don’t even hesitate! Beautiful home & great area to enjoy a summer vacation forsure! Thank you Wagners!

Enchanting north woods lake cabin!

We had an amazing time at this property which was very well maintained, clean, spacious and had so many amenities. We saw deer everyday, enjoyed both piers fishing, kids swimming, kayaking, the large yard, swings, hammock and paddle boarding. There were tons of bar games in the garage to enjoy. Each of us had our own nice sleeping quarters with bathrooms and the house was well stocked with needed items (rags, towels, soap, vacuum, broom etc). There is nice storage space in the laundry room for coolers and multiple fridges and freezers for all the goodies! The pantry was also empty for us to fill up. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and had amazing weather. We went into town to the pirate chip place and multiple Bloody Mary bars. Lastly, the fire pit and wood is a plus as well as the many deck chairs for sunrise and sunset views! We will be back!

Family Getaway

This cabin was exceptional for my family’s getaway! It exceeded expectations of all 12 family members. The house was so well organized and clean; we felt immediately at home. There was plenty of space and accommodations for all the grandparents, parents, and grandkids to spend time together. Fishing on the pier, jigsaw puzzles in the living area, ping pong in the garage, and board games at the fantastic dining room table could be happening all at the same time, and we could see and/or hear each other having a great time, but not be on top of each other. The game room (garage) made a rainy day no big deal and was a highlight for everyone. The kitchen was spacious enough to be shared by multiple cooks. The large deck was welcoming for the family to share sunsets and outdoor meals comfortably. We couldn’t resist the firepit with plenty of seating and had a fire every night. We very much appreciate that the owner was communicative if we had a question, but also respected our space. The thought and care that clearly went into every detail of this property (inside and out) made for lasting memories for my family. We could not recommend it highly enough to families wanting to create a similar experience. Thank you!
