Atlantic Breeze North is the perfect place to get away and enjoy the ocean. Newly renovated and fully stocked, this cute little space has everything you may need!

The Upstairs Space in the Duplex.

- 2nd Street - 2 minute walk to the beach
- Provided beach cart, beach chairs, and sand toys.
- Two designated parking spots are included.

Enjoy the sound of waves crashing on the deck while you grill out with friends or family. Centrally located to many delicious restaurants and shops.

- Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath space is fully stocked.

- Large front porch with adirondack and lounge chairs

- Full kitchen including a coffee pot, french press, pots/pans, & dishes.

- Well stocked with appliances (full size fridge, stove, microwave, blender, toaster and washer/dryer)

- Living area includes a 55 inch flat screen Roku TV (Netflix & Disney+ included). Please note we do not have cable due to the amount of streaming services provided

- Queen Mattresses (highly rated memory foam mattress), extra blanket, and a box fan available in each room

- Smart Plugs and Lamps in bedrooms

- Roku Smart TV within each bedroom

- High-speed WiFi

- Pet friendly for friendly pets! Non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies. Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price. Limit is (normally) 2 dogs; no other animals permitted. Please review the house rules for our full pet policy.

- We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

- Pac N Play and High Chair provided, if needed!

- Inviting Work Space within one bedroom if you have to work a little before you can have some fun!

- Reserved driveway parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the space

- The entire top unit is yours!

- Conveniently located deck box to store beach cart, chairs, beach toys, and anything you may bring along with you

- The outdoor shower and the washer/dryer are shared spaces with the bottom unit.

Awesome little getaway!

Owners were fabulous and attentive. Very clean and organized and had everything we needed. Within short walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk area. Very comfortable beds! Can’t say enough about how well our visit was.

Great small family vacation house

We had a wonderful time staying in the upstairs section of the house. The 2 bedrooms was the perfect setup for our family of 3 and our dog. The house was clean and we felt at home and safe. The convenient location of the house to the beach was perfect to walk back and take our dog for quick walk and head back to the beach in a matter of minutes. We were able to prepare breakfast and suppers in the kitchen and relax in the living room in the afternoons with plenty of space. The porch outside was nice to sit on and hear the ocean waves. There was another family with 2 kids staying below us and we did not hear them sharing our stay. The backyard was spacious enough for our dog to do his business.

The Getaway Break

We had a wonderful time. The property is excellent Very clean. We had no issues at all. Our dog love the property. The location is perfect for all kinds of things that you would like to do. We would definitely go back there again in the next couple years, I would give it a 9.8 on a 10. The communication with the owner was excellent. Very responsive. Get memories made.

Getaway in AB

Cute property that met our needs. The full sized kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards, and grill accessories. The mattress was soft. Our dog enjoyed sitting on the top deck with us, and we appreciated the pullout “gate” at the top of the stairs so he could remain off leash. Hosts were great communicators!

Kellie couldn't be a better host! Don't miss staying here... it's so convenient to the beach & is absolutely a perfect place. Stayed in the North portion of the property & we absolutely loved it! Our dog loved it too! Def. will return!

Long weekend

Wonderful stay at the Atlantic Breeze North Cottage

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was as described, completely stocked, and very clean. The communication with Kellie was very prompt. It is in such a good location with the beach access close as well as the circle. We even attended Easter sunrise service there. Highly recommend a stay there. Thanks for having us. Donna

3 night mini vacation

My intention was to go sky diving the day I checked in, but the weather wasn’t having it. This is why I chose the location initially, but I was not disappointed. The house is beautiful and the deck is a perfect spot to hang out, watch the sunset, grill, whatever. Short walk to the beach- it is a little challenging when you get there if you have mobility issues although there may be another option. It was more important to me to just get to the beach lol. Not a TON of walkable bars, but enough. It’s quiet at night and felt safe. Hosts were phenomenal- easy check in, communicative but not overbearing, and probably the easiest check out list of a place I have ever rented on VRBO or AB&B.

Could be better

Kitchen needs to be stocked better. Not a single glass to drink out of (all plastic). No blender, too small of fry pans. Layout is best for a very small family, maybe with one child. Pools are nice but NOT heated (which we were told) so during a busy Memorial weekend the pools stayed empty due to being too cold.

Perfect weekend getaway

My brother and I stayed here for a weekend fishing tournament. It was convenient to everything and the perfect set up for us! The hosts were especially cordial and communicated with us from the booking all the way through to our last day. We loved it & would definitely stay there again if they’ll have us! 😉

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient, Highly Recommend

Property was perfectly clean at arrival and the check in process could not have been easier. Property owners communicated regularly and were ready to help with any issues but there were absolutely no issues. Unit came equipped with everything you could need and much more. Property has so many small touches that make the stay so comfortable and convenient. It feels like the owners very much care about the comfort of their guests. Property location is excellent and parking is right in front of the unit. Beach access is a very short walk from the property. We had an excellent experience, enjoyed our stay very much, and would recommend this property to others.

Charming and great location!

Pros: Overall we had a wonderful stay! Communication with the owner was top notch and they even let us check in a little early. The suite was very clean and the small touches really made the whole experience very charming. Cons: There’s no bathroom fan or ventilation so everything in the bathroom stays wet all the time. Worse, like another reviewer mentioned, the hot water runs out extremely quickly (like within minutes of starting the water). The laundry is outside along the side of the building under the stairs which is very inconvenient. The deck and stairs are badly in need of repair.

Lovely Home & Great Location!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Atlantic Beach!! The home is recently renovated and sooooo cute. It was the perfect size for my family, and it was a definite plus that this property allowed pets, because we always travel with our dog. The host was so kind, responsive and helpful! And the home has so many nice extras in it including coffee, tea, cream, sugar, oatmeal & popcorn, as well as bathroom and kitchen necessities. And they also provided beach chairs, boogie board, and a beach wagon. This home provided many more extras than any other rental home we have stayed in… it was all noticed and appreciated. The house was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The location in Atlantic Beach is fantastic! You are only one block from beach access and you are also about 2-3 blocks from many Atlantic Beach restaurants, it’s very walking friendly. Overall, we had a great stay and I highly recommend this home!

Lovely place

Great communication and wonderful hosts. They provide everything you could need and more! We appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as coffee, along with cream and sugar. Couple things to note is a small lip in the flooring going to the hallway (not bad, you just want to be aware of it for seniors or parents toting little ones). Beds are closer to a full size, very cozy and comfortable. If you need to shave during a shower be sure to turn the water off because it will get cool quickly. You can tell the hosts have put a lot of care and thought into their space. My husband especially loved the box fan provided. These little touches are what really sets this place apart and I hope other hosts take note! Amazing location and would absolutely stay again.
