The apartment is located in Sülz / Klettenberg one of the most popular districts of Cologne with numerous restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. The Cologne University Clinic is only a few minutes away. The tram (about 2 minutes walk) takes you in about 10-15 to Cologne Cathedral, in the old town and in the center of Cologne. The Beethovenpark, Klettenbergpark and Decksteiner Weiher invite you to take a walk, relax and have a barbecue.
In winter (snow provided) you can also Schllitten drive. Major events in the Lanxes Arena can also be easily and quickly reached without a car. The direct motorway A4 (about 1 KM) allows trips to the surrounding area, such as. For example, the Phantasialand in Brühl.

Holiday stay

Schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen
Die Wohnung ist hübsch und sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für einen Wochenendtrip benötigt haben. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Linie 18 in die Innenstadt. Also perfekt. Der Vermieter war nett, alles lief problemlos und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Jederzeit wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung war für unseren Zweck der Reise an einem günstigen Ort. Die Räumlichkeiten selbst waren ok, besonders gut der Balkon hintenraus. Die Hauptstraße ist störend, lässt sich aber nicht ändern.

Saubere Unterkunft in bester Lage
Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Netter Vermieter mit guter Kommunikation, sehr sauber, super Lage mit direkter Straßenbahnanbindung. Wir kommen beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Köln gern wieder dort hin.

Kleine Wohnung mit Terrasse zum Garten
Besonders gut an der Wohnung hat uns die kleine Terrasse gefallen die auf einen ruhigen grünen Garten gibt. Die Küche ist klein aber gut ausgestattet, die Strassenseite der Wohnung ist etwas laut bei offenem Fenster, dafür ist die Rückseite aber erstaunlich ruhig.wir waren sehr gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden und schnell im Zentrum. Der Besitzer war freundlich, entgegenkommend und unkompliziert. Dank der Einteilung der Wohnung hatten wir die Möglichkeit zwei getrennte Bereiche zu haben, was in unserem Fall sehr vorteilhaft war. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Alles war ganz unkompliziert, netter Vermieter, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, super Verkehrsanbindung, in 15 Minuten in Köln Innenstadt mit der Straßenbahn. Belebte Straße, aber nach hinten raus ruhig. Empfehlenswert für kurzen Kölnaufenthalt.

Schöne Wohnung für einen Köln-Besuch
Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung, die auch strategisch günstig liegt. Netter Empfang durch den Vermieter. Einzig die Parkplatzsuche ist schwierig. Da wir mit Hund unterwegs waren, hat sich die Lage in der Nähe eines großen Parks als sehr günstig erwiesen. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Vom check in bis zum check out hat alles gepasst. Freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang. Die Wohnung war tiptop sauber und vorbereitet( Heizung an, Wäschepaket...)gute Verbindung ins Stadtzentrum, Bahn und Bus direkt vor der Tür oder zu Fuß 15-20 min. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs 3-5 min. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen!

Aufenthalt mit Flair in Köln
Im entspannten Kölner Süden lässt es sich gut aushalten. Geschäfte und die Metzgerei Odenkirchen sind in Laufweite, ebenso der Wochenmarkt am Samstag. KVB-Bahnhalt ist um die Ecke. Mithin eine tolle Lage. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und schön gestaltet. Trotz Lage zur Straße ist das Schlafzimmer ruhig. Kurzum, ein guter Platz, um Köln in Ruhe zu erleben. Der Vermieter ist nett und unkompliziert.

Schöne Auszeit in Sülz
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in einem schönen Viertel, in dem man Restaurants, kleine Läden und Parks gut zu Fuß erreichen kann, die Straßenbahnanbindung für das Sightseeing in der Stadt war ebenfalls super, Ich komme gerne wieder. Eine Mutter zu Besuch bei Ihrer Tochter in Köln

Für einen Städtetrip in Köln ist diese Unterkunft nur zu empfehlen. Es hat nichts gefehlt, alles war vorhanden, selbst ein kleiner Balkon für das morgendliche Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und doch zentrumsnah. Die Straßenbahn befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, das Auto kann ruhig stehen bleiben. Danke, dass wir hier Gäste sein durften.
