Exclusive location built directly on the water. The two bedrooms are located directly above the water, so you have in the morning an unforgettable view over the sparkling waves. The shower room is also located on this floor. A staircase leads to the light-flooded living area with a modern kitchenette upstairs, which is particularly bright and inviting thanks to its floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. From the living room you reach the large terrace with high quality garden furniture, which invite you to a relaxed breakfast in the fresh air.
