About this property

La Hacienda is a one acre home in Mission Texas. Perfect for small gatherings, retreat, vacation, graduations, weddings, or a family getaway. Dining table seats 8 people, kitchen island has 4 bar stools w/great view to the pool. Kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pot filler, laminate flooring throughout.
Living room #1: has pool table, leather seats recliners, fireplace and smart tv. Living room #2: has 75” TV, surround system and recliners. Plenty of space to park.

* Reservation is for a max of 16 guests. If you intend to host an event please you must inform me prior making the reservation; additional fees apply. This home offers excellent outdoor amenities, including outdoor kitchen, three outdoor restrooms, shower, changing room, an 85” smart TV with Bose speakers, outdoor weatherproof pool table 🎱 spacious parking lot, 3 rectangular outdoor tables, 30 chairs, BBQ grill, outdoor fans, portable ice cooler, and a firepit for your enjoyment.

Swimming pool is 3 and 6 feet deep unheated. Does Not have a safety fence. No lifeguard. Adult needs to be present at all times.
Kids must bring floatings.

Swimming pool is always cleaned and treated with the proper chemicals, and at times it may be slightly dirty due to windy weather. Please adhere to the following rules to avoid any fees 🚨 or issues:

1. No glass container allowed in pool area.
2. Avoid using confetti or glitter, and refrain from leaving any party decorations like balloons, fireworks, or piñatas leftovers.
3. Do not nail, pin, tape, or fasten decorations to the walls or ceilings.
4. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house, with a $250 cleaning fee violations.
5. Tampering with internet or cameras is not allowed.
6. Failure to clean outdoor grill will result in a $75 fee
7. Pets are not allowed on furniture; please pick up after your pet. 🐶 🐱🦮🐾 . Failure to pick up after your dog should result in a fine.
8. Help us keep towels and linens clean No make up stains 👄

In case of anything missing, broken or damage a reposition fee will apply.

Additional cleaning fee can be charged if additional clean up is required that goes above the standard cleaning.

Family Church Trip

Absolutely the most comfortable place to stay. We would most definitely return next year. The house was very clean with all you needed for convenience. The owners went out of their way to bring our family breakfast, tamales may I add, were great. Also really appreciate the owners receiving our daughter’s GS ESA. They even supplied the pup with her own doggy bed for her size. I only wished we could have stayed longer.

Perfect Vacation Home!

I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for visiting with my family and the children loved the pool! After everyone left we all slept so comfortably and AC felt heavenly in this Texas heat! I will definitely be renting this home again next summer!

The children and my teen really enjoyed the house and its' amenities. Their favorite part of the house was the movie room. My family overall enjoyed the entire openness of the house. Will definitely book again.
