Our city villa "Toscana" is located in the historic street Fehmarns, which was built around the turn of the century. Even Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, who also used Fehmarn as a segment of his inspiration, depicts parts of this street with the old brick houses in his paintings. Why not let yourself be inspired and enchanted by the rustic charm of this street? Due to its central location in the city of Burg, you can quickly reach the market, shops and dining options. Speaking of food: are you an ice fan? Then you should definitely try the tastiest soft ice cream from Radden's on the island, which is just a few steps away from the holiday home.

The city villa "Toscana" has been renovated and equipped with comfortable living / dining area, spacious bathroom on the ground floor on approximately 179 m² modern and comfortable. The house is lovingly designed and furnished. You will find an elegant atmosphere and amenities - nothing is missing. In the 3 bedrooms, two with 180 box spring beds, one with a 160 box spring bed, can accommodate up to 6 adults. Free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and integrated microwave and much more to ensure a pleasant holiday.
The approximately 400 m² plot with breakfast terrace and another furnished terrace and well-kept garden with a sauna (fee 5, - € for 2 hours) in south-west orientation is available for sole use and invites you to sunbathe, Play with the kids and linger in the beach chair. At the rear building there are two parking spaces. Your bicycles can be parked in the "closed" Binnenhof. In the open-plan living area with large relaxation couch, woodburning stove, swiveling flat screen TV and views of the open kitchen and the garden, relaxation and well-being is guaranteed.
The Mediterranean cuisine is the heart of the townhouse. Here you can prepare everything for the large barbecue in the garden, start the evening with cocktails or just prepare a fresh espresso in the afternoon, in the attached dining area you can sit together comfortably.
Upstairs you will find three differently furnished bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. The bathroom upstairs has a vanity, a toilet and shower with rainshower.
