Super Lage in Hooksiel

Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral in Hooksiel. Bäcker, Restaurants, Läden und auch die Agentur am Meer befinden sich fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung relativ gut, nur ein Brotmesser und eine Warmhaltekanne für Kaffee haben wir leider nicht vorfinden können. Die roten Sitzmöbel auf den Fotos existieren zwar nicht mehr, wurden aber gegen ansprechendere Exemplare ersetzt. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir würden gerne wieder buchen.

erholsame , abwechslungsreiche Tage in Hooksiel

barrierefreie Wohnung, gute Einrichtung, im kleinen Schlafraum wirkt die Ausstattung nachlässig, weil Leisten abstehen an Betten und Wänden Toilette riecht anfangs nach Urinstein, hängt möglicherweise mit der Spülung zusammen das Internet war nicht verfügbar , kein Zugang zum mail account möglich, auch nach auswechseln des Routers Haustürklingel funktioniert nicht, sonst war die Wohnung mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs ausgestattet, es fehlten unzerkrazte Pfannen und ein Pfannenwender, der sich für beschichtete Pfannnen eignet, um diese eben nicht zu zerkratzen

Insgesamt Gut bis Befriedigend, aber auch ein paar Mängel

Leider wie schon bei einigen Vorgängern, war die Sauberkeit beim Einzug durchaus verbesserungsfähig. Jedoch auch nicht so schlimm wie einige berichteten. Ich vermute es liegt am Gesamtsystem, zu viele Wohneinheiten in zu kurzer Zeit zu reinigen, kann einfach nicht gut gehen. Einige bauliche Mängel, wie nur noch am seidenen Faden hängende Vorhangstangen oder lose Teppichleisten, wurden nachdem wir uns beklagt hatten, innerhalb weniger Tage behoben. Bei der Ausstattung fragt man sich auch ab und zu wie man darauf kommt, da einerseits geschätzte 10 große Tassen da sind, aber dann auch nur 5 Kuchenteller, 5 kleine Teller, 5 Suppenschalen und 5 große Teller. Was dazu führt, dass man täglich die Spülmaschine einschalten muss, auch wenn diese gar nicht richtig befüllt ist. Ebenso gibt es zwar einen Herd, aber keine Topflappen. Kein Brotmesser, bzw. nur zwei kleine scharfe Messer. Aufhängungen für Handtücher, Waschlappen usw. sind ebenso Mangelware, aber das ist ja praktisch bisher überall so vorzufinden. Und wieder einmal, kann man die Unterhaltungselektronik nur im Standby-, oder im On-Zustand halten, da der Fernseher so angeschraubt ist, dass man die Stecker als Behelf auch nicht ziehen kann. Was für eine Energievergeudung! Es gibt zwar LTE-Wlan, jedoch so langsam, dass man selbst beim Abruf von einfachen E-Mails, ewig braucht und selbst der Abruf des Wetter-Status am Smartphone nicht möglich ist. Es gibt die Möglichkeit die Fahrräder unterzustellen, jedoch reicht der Platz von der Breite her für maximal drei, also blieb bei uns ein Rad immer im Freien. Der Backstein heizt sich an heißen Tagen ziemlich auf, da würde man am Abend gerne durchlüften, macht man aber nur kurz, da aufgrund fehlender Fliegengitter, in kürzester Zeit die Stechmücken in Scharen eindringen. Nach all den Negativen, nun auch positive Dinge: Die Wohnung ist für eine Ferienwohnung großzügig bemessen und es gab nie ein Gefühl der Enge (zu viert), die Lage ist herrlich zentral und dennoch ruhig und durch eine dichte hohe Hecke sichtgeschützt. Der Außenbereich, zieht sich über zwei Hausseiten, dadurch kann man der prallen Sonne ausweichen und praktisch zu jeder Zeit draußen sitzen. Die Wohnung verfügt für Tage mit „Schiet-Wetter“ über mehrere Gesellschafts-Spiele und sogar einige DVD-s, welche dank des vorhanden DVD-Players auch angesehen werden können. Einer der Dauermieter kümmert sich um die Außenflächen, macht dies mit Hingabe, und nimmt Rücksicht auf Bedürfnisse der Urlauber.
