This house is minutes away from all Saugatuck has to offer: art galleries, shopping, parks, riverfront views, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Utilize the chain ferry, one block away, and walk or ride a bike to beautiful Oval Beach, or drive 10 minutes away.
Park your car in the driveway for your entire stay and stroll through town! Watch the local parades from the front porch, walk one block away for concerts in the park, walk home after cocktails and dinner.
Enjoy time together in this updated bungalow with an open concept floor plan. The layout offers plenty of space to relax after a day of activities. Gather together while cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and everything you need to prepare the perfect meal. Ample seating for 8 at the dining table, and 5 at the counter. Utilize the sunroom to play games, read by the fire, or watch a movie. Enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck, play games in the private back yard.

Saugatuck holds a special place in our hearts. Over the years, we have visited during every season and even honeymooned at a B&B right here in town. We are so happy that we were recently able to purchase a vacation home in the heart of town. We enjoy the opportunity to share this special town with our guests and hope that you love it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We love being in the heart of town. You can park your car in the driveway and walk or bike to everything this lovely town has to offer. We enjoy strolling to dinner and walking along the river in the evening. The community is so friendly and welcoming to visitors. We also enjoy the opportunity to hike Saugatuck Dunes State Park as often as possible, and never tire of the Lake Michigan shoreline.
What makes this property unique
Our home is comfortable yet well designed. It has an open concept first floor so that friends and family can gather together. It has beautiful park-like landscaping, which gives guests a peaceful setting right in the heart of town.
