Hurricane escape

We had damage to our home from Hurricane Helene and without power for over a week. I came across this rental in my search and it was perfect. We had plenty of room for a family of 5 plus a toddler. It is located in a very quiet area which was perfect to getaway from the reality of our home for a few days.

Lovely place to stay

We came up for GCSU graduation weekend. The condo was about 30 minutes away. Clean and neat with everything you need on site. Nearby pool, very quiet, and a beautiful lake in the backyard.

Relaxing stay

Had a great family vacation at the lake. This condo is well furnished with all of your needs. Good communication with the owner. Would recommend this property for a relaxing stay at the lake.

Nice quite setting, nice lake view

Clean, well maintained property with everything you might ever need in the kitchen. Beds were firm but comfortable . Note the swimming pool is closed October to March, so we didnt get to enjoy the pool. Property is about 25 min from town on a very hilly 2 lane road with lots of deer so be careful if your driving in or out from dusk to dawn. Property managers were responsive and helpful. Pr

Nice Place!

My family and I stayed in this condo for a spur of the moment trip. The condo was very nice, spacious, and had everything you might need. The owner communicated with me very timely. The condo is close to the dock and swimming pool. I’m sure we’ll stay here again sometime soon

Overall disappointment in stay

House was spacious and location was as described. Do not recommend if you’re visiting for GCSU events. It is a long and difficult drive especially at night. Room was not cleaned to expectations. Hairs on bed sheets and all over pillow. Tried switching pillows from a different room, and they too had multiple hairs. Bathroom had hairs all over sink and shower. TV in main room did not work the entire 3 days we were there. Reached out to owner. Recommendations were given to try with no success. Very disappointing not being able to have a tv to watch except for in the bedrooms. Would not recommend!

Weekend visit to GCSU

We were attending a Saturday evening event at GCSU, but wanted to make a weekend out it. Jennifer & Matt's condo was the perfect setup for us to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon watching college football and enjoying the lake views all day. Their home is very well appointed and the online pictures don't do it full justice, as the condo is much more spacious than I expected. Definitely would rent from them again!
