Montauk House with Pool, Walk to Private Beach

Charming two bedroom, one and one half bath home is now available for rental this August and September. The location is close to the wonderful restaurants at the docks and is part of Culloden Shores which has it's own private, bay beach with lifeguard. The floorplan is open-concept with a renovated, fully equipped eat-in kitchen; dining table and cozy living room with a fireplace and a cozy nook with a queen sized pull out sofa. There are two bedrooms; both with queen sized beds and there is a full bathroom and powder room. The backyard is secure and has nice deck with Weber BBQ and outdoor dining set and an outdoor shower. The pool with water slide is sure to delight. There is an outdoor firepit, central air-conditioning, wi-fi - everything you need to make this the perfect place to enjoy the most happening area of the Hamptons in Montauk's peak season.

Very clean and well stocked pool was great, didn’t give 5 start because the beach isn’t exactly walking distance but overall a great place to decompress.

Absolutely Perfect

Loved this house! Such an easy check in and check out. The house was updated and definitely the cleanest Hamptons house i’ve ever rented. Beach was easy to access and plenty of beach towels provided. Will absolutely be booking again.
