Absolutely Don't stay here
This place is well equipped but was filthy upon arrival. Cold showers for 14 days. No response to phone calls; just a bunch of "I'm sorrys" for days. Finally, someone was sent but didn't do anything but take pictures. I found an empty soda can and absolute filth under the master bed. Cleaning people were sent in, but floors still did not get mopped per our dirty socks. In total there were 3 maintenance workers,1 plumber and someone that thinks they know how to clean. Nothing was corrected. Storm on our 2nd to last night (14 nights) flooded 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom due to faulty door & window seals. Screen door out to lanai was difficult to open/close. We took down 2 wine classes; 1 had dead bugs in it and the other had something dried gold colored. There were dirty socks, not ours, on 1 side of the washer and a lot of other things on the other side. I insisted they refund our cleaning fee; however, they did not refund us the correct amount. We were told we would be refunded 100/night; however, that amount is not correct either. Our final invoice had an additional charge that they will not explain. The accounting and accountability have been horrible. I've been home for 3 weeks and have held off giving this review as I've been hoping they will make things right. I've contacted the Hawaii Tax Dept, the Office of Consumer Protection, and the owner of the property. Next is the BBB to complain about My Perfect Stays, which is an absolute misnomer. This is my 1st ever bad review
