This beautiful and comfortable apartment is located in the old town of Altea, just 200 meters from the Mediterranean Sea.

The first floor apartment offers a bedroom, a spacious living room with integrated kitchen and a beautiful patio courtyard. The interior of the house is tasteful and comfortable.

Just a few meters from the front door, you will find a small path that leads to the many small streets of this beautiful place. The view of the Bahía, surrounded by the Serra Gelada and Morro de Toix, is fantastic.

The beach promenade counts with a variety of restaurants, bars and stores. Here you will find one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca, which is especially popular with divers. The apartment is located right on a national road, which makes it ideal for exploring the prettiest corners of the area by car.

Great Stay

We had an amazing stay at this property. It's in the center of everything and just across the road from the beach. The road is quite noisy but you can't hear it in the bedroom with the door closed and it never bothered us. The property is well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We will stay here again as it was perfect for us.

It's a typical Spanish property, very cool but if hot it's welcome

Just over the road from Altea Beachfront and Restaurants. Traffic is loud as its main road through Altea, shops and food places close by. Very reasonable price.

Nice housing choice

Very good. I would make two suggestions: change the couch for a more comfortable one to simply seat, and add a toaster. Excellent location. Great experience.
