Our 55m ² apartment for 2 to 4 people (baby cot available on request) is located in the beautiful southern foothills of the Alps, in Gaißach-Lehen, near the famous Gaissach children's health and specialist clinic (approx. 50 km south of Munich). In an idyllic and quiet location, you can spend your vacation in a small, comfortably furnished apartment on the top floor of a new building. The large cross gable gives the apartment a special ambience. Enjoy the wonderful view from the two balconies, forget your everyday life, relax and recharge your batteries for new challenges.

Perfekte Urlaubstage

Wir sind mit großen Erwartungen in die FEWO nach Gaißach gereist...und unsere Erwartungen sind übertroffen worden. Nach sehr freundlicher Begrüßung haben wir die gepflegte und gut ausgestattete FEWO begutachtet, alles war perfekt. Nachdem wir tagsüber, bei durchgehend schönem Wetter, viel unternommen haben, verbrachten wir die Abende auf einem der beiden Balkone. Von dort hatte man einen großartigen Blick auf Berge und Felder. Die ländliche Umgebung war angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns ausgezeichnet erholt und können die FEWO gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben. Ein zusätzliches Bett wurde wie gewünscht bereit gestellt. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Es waren sogar an einer Balkontür und im Schlafzimmerfenster Insektenschutzfenster/Tür vorhanden, sodass wir mit Insekten keine Probleme hatte. Es ist etwas abgelegen und dadurch eine schöne ruhige Lage. Trotzdem ist es nicht weit bis Bad Tölz. Und der Ausblick, den man von den 2 Balkonen hat, ist einfach traumhaft. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in bezaubernder Atmosphäre wurde uns bereitet. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann und macht eine Reise dorthin sehr entspannt, da einfach an alles gedacht wurde und vorhanden ist. Einfach perfekt.

If you are looking for a place to get the full Bavarian experience, then this is the place!

Everything about the rental is amazing. We were blown away by the views to the south and west into the Bavarian alps. Sandra is an amazing host and we can only recommend this rental, it is close to all major sight seeing attractions . Very convenient to reach Munich by train or close drives to Garmisch, Berchtesgaden. You will fall in love with the area and enjoy your stay! We will definitely back to rent from Sandra and her wonderful family.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas abgelegen und ruhig. Das ein.- und auschecken war jeweils einfach und reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Möbel, Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Gläser uvm.) und sehr gemütlich. Der Blick von den beiden Balkonen auf die Umgebung und Berge ist toll. Es war es sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das 2. Schlafzimmer war jedoch kein seperater Raum sondern ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer um die Ecke.

Wir waren 4 Nächte mit 2 Kinder im Alter von 4 und 6 Jahre. Vom Platz völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gerne auch länger als 4 Nächte Empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter!

Herrliche Landschaft

Wir haben die Zeit in Gaißach sehr genossen. Die Gegend ist sicher eine der schönsten Gegenden in Deutschland. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, mit liebevollen Details. Allerdings etwas hellhörig. Das Ehebett war nicht sehr breit und die Verdunklung in den beiden Schlafmöglichkeiten fehlte, das schreibe ich deshalb, weil es uns geholfen hätte uns darauf einstellen zu können, z.B. mit einer Schlafmaske.Sonst war alles super schön.
