Casa Deerfield pool+bikes+1.2 miles to the bch

Welcome to Casa Deerfield! Fully furnished, equipped for you to feel like home. Registered guests have access to the entire house. Conveniently located about 1.2 miles to Deerfield beach so about a 5 min drive or about 10 min bike ride. Cozy fenced in backyard with heated pool, weber grill and some fun activities. We have 4 bikes with 4 helmets, 6 beach chairs, cart, umbrella, cooler and beach toys. We also offer complimentary to our guests 2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella at the beach just bring our card and an attendant will take care of you. If you need more chairs you can either pay for extra chairs or you are welcome to take the extra chairs we have in the garage.

THE HOUSE: Perfectly located 1.2 miles to the beach less than a mile away from endless restaurants and pretty much anything you need… Starbucks, Dunkin donuts, Publix (grocery store), pharmacy, banks, 10 minutes away to Whole foods, golf courses, movie theaters, Mizner in Boca Raton. All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided to our guests.

Our 3 beddroom 2 bath home has a circular driveway to park your car and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 7 people comfortably and we can also provide a pack n play for the 8th guest. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a in suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with a small desk and you can have a pack n play as well. Third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and full mattress at the bottom.

Both bathrooms have showers no tub and we provide some of the essentials such as body wash/shampoo, hand soap etc.

Living room is open layout with a 65 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix account, game boards under the tv and also a charging station with apple and android cords.

Kitchen has everything to prepare a meal including an air fryer and an Instant pot. We have a Keurig for regular coffee and capsules and a Nespresso machine that you can use if you bring your own capsules (we provide a few). We also provide dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, garbage bags and one paper towel that will get you through a few days.

Our backyard is fenced in with a beautiful heated pool where you can relax in our lounge chairs or daybed and enjoy the weather or play some games. We also have a Weber grill and a firepit you are welcome to use it but you need to get the propane refilled if empty.
In winter months (Nov- April) if the temperature drops bellow 65 degrees, the pool heater won't work properly so please don't expect to have a 85 degree pool everyday and it is totally out of my control.

LAUNDRY: Washer/dryer available as well we do provide a few laundry pods, 5 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys for the beach and pool, 2 bogie boards and 4 adult bikes available in the garage.

PETS: We do not accept pets of any kind due to allergies. We do have another house in the area that we will be able to host your furry family member so feel free to ask.

SECURITY CAMERAS: We do have security cameras outside the house and by the AC UNIT/pool water heater away from the guest area. We do not have cameras inside the house or in the backyard as we do respect our guests privacy.

MAINTENANCE: You will see maintenance people on a weekly basis on the outside of the property for pool cleaning and/ or landscaping. Pest control on a monthly basis and garbage pick up days MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS (must put the garbage out the night before pick up) if needed.

This incredible neighborhood is located in a very desirable area "The Cove" a residential area close to good restaurants, boating, beach, biking, fishing pier...

If you have a rental car you can get around anywhere but keep in mind that during high season (Jan-March) parking will be challenging. You can also rent golf carts. You can uber, bike as well if you don't want to deal with parking.

Please keep in mind that the house requires maintenance, so every other week the landscaper will go to the house but unfortunately I never know when and what time so if you see a truck in front of the house you know who it is. The pool guy usually goes on Thursdays to clean the pool (depends on the weather). Pest control is every other month.

Garbage days are Mondays and Thursdays. Please put the garbage cans out the night before by the mailbox and put them back against the fence next to the garage door.

A rental agreement will be sent to you once your reservation is accepted for your signature and a $200 refundable deposit will be collected as well.
