From the living room leads onto the furnished balcony with partial sea view. Below the house is the 160 sqm large panoramic terrace with seating and stunning views of the sea. Below the panoramic terrace you reach the 400 square meters large private beach with various sun terraces and sun loungers in the shade of the pines or in the sun. On the private beach is also a specially made for the guests quiet beach bar with seating where you can spend nice hours directly on the water.
