Free dates on the ground floor from 2010! The new apartment has a large sunny living area that is generously equipped. A 3-seater and a 2-seater couch as well as a comfortable armchair invite you to relax. A new large television (55 inches) gives a striking picture. A beautiful attached dining area makes breakfast a pleasure. When the sun is shining through the wooden lattice windows, the mood rises immediately. Meanwhile, a large sunny balcony is waiting for you outside.
In the short term: from October 20th on the ground floor free dates!
The bedroom is furnished with a large high double bed with excellent mattresses and blankets of your choice (summer, winter, down, silk beds, allergy sufferers) as well as a large spacious wooden cupboard, two relaxing armchairs and reading lamps at the bedside tables. i
The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher with a refrigerator with a separate ice compartment. Microwave, coffee machine, stove to the extensive tableware everything that characterizes a modern kitchen.
The bathroom has a shower, a separate bathtub, a sink with mirrors and a hair dryer, and a toilet. Another additional toilet is next door as a special toilet.
The apartment is for non-smokers only. No animals
A parking space for your car is available at the house.
