My family and I flew in for a wedding, and it was our first time in Albuquerque. The host was great and always available for communication. The view of the mountains at sunset and the nighttime view of the city we’re incredible. I would definitely book this stay again!
We stayed for a family event, large group was well accommodated by the property. Great location and spectacular views. Would stay again!

Didn’t love as much as the owners do.
The owners sent 3 different multiple page emails with “rules” for guests as well as signage around the unit. We wanted to love this home as much as the owners do. So in response we recommend the following “rules” for hosts:1. Offer a working fireplace in the living room along with instructions for its use. We replaced the batteries in the remote and still could not get it to work. A previous guest 3 months ago also could not get it to work. The overnight high temperature was 2 degrees while we were there. The fireplace was a big reason for selecting this property. 2. Heat your unit to at least 65 degrees. We visited on one of coldest weekends of the year and the heat was set at 52 degrees when we arrived! It took several hours to heat it to a modest 65-70 degrees. The bedrooms were ice cold most of the first night. We should not have to wait that long for basic heat.3. Provide a kitchen towel and hot pads for use of the stove/oven. Safety is worth the 10 that would cost. There weren’t even any paper towels in the unit. 4. Leave a spare roll of toilet paper in each bath. There were partial rolls in the bathrooms which we had to ration for 4 people. Ridiculous.5. Do not expect or ask your guests to clean the bathrooms at check out. You charged a substantial amount for a cleaning fee. That’s part of what it’s for.6. Have working ceiling fans. Most of the ceiling fans did not work even after buying and replacing the batteries in the remotes. 7. Windows were dirty.
We loved the home! It was easy to find, beautiful and so very roomy. I wish there were more towels & toilet paper available. Some oven mitts and dish towels would’ve been handy as well. Oh and we weren’t able to light the fireplace in the living room. I think the remote needed batteries. Other than that, it was a great experience!
Spectacular view of the Sandias. The first morning we woke up to hot air balloons just a few blocks away from the front balcony. It was amazing! The house is beautiful and my 8 year old loved playing pac man
The property owner Sean was very communicative and willing to help. The house was very well appointed and in a very good location. The only item keeping us from a 5 star review was the cleanliness of the property. I think the hired cleaners or last visitors really dropped the ball. Sean was responsive and willing to send the cleaners back in but by that time we did not want interruptions and just wanted to relax and enjoy the visit. Had the property been properly clean I would not hesitate to give a full 5 stars.
We rented the house to come back to Albuquerque to visit friends and show the kids where they were born. The house is close to everything (especially Dion’s) and offers great mountain and skyline views. Balloons pass by most mornings. Really enjoyed our stay!!
Amazing views of the mountains and city is correct! Centrally located to get to any part of Albuquerque. The house is so comfortable with an awesome kitchen. We loved the game room! Sean was very attentive to any questions we had.
Taking in the expansive view in Sean's place took the cake! Brilliant red and purple sunrises/sunsets, hot air balloons drifting by and the Sandia Mountains in the distance. The location was ideal for us. Hiking and biking trails within walking distance; museums 15 min away, airport 18 min away; and plenty of interesting dining and shopping options. We were adults ages 33+, but even we were lured by the PacMan, indoor bowling, video basketball and the games in the entertainment closet. So much to enjoy, and the roomy space added to our experience. And we were impressed by the cleanliness.
Thanks, Sean
