Unser großzügiger Garten mit ca. 1500 qm lädt mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten (Liegestühle für alle und Strandmuscheln) zum Verweilen ein. Bodenmais und seine Umgebung bieten sowohl für Aktivurlauber als auch für Erholungssuche eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten. Genießen Sie die traumhafte Landschaft des Bayerischen Waldes, erkunden Sie den Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald oder besuchen Sie historische Städte wie Passau oder das UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Regensburg. Die neu renovierte Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im Obergeschoss und besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit je einem Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Toaster und Geschirrspüler. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein SAT- TV vorhanden. Das Bad verfügt über Badewanne und WC. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt außerdem zwei Balkone. Zusätzlich ist eine Terrasse im Garten vorhanden.
