Sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung mit 33 qm in zentraler Lage. In wenigen Gehminuten kann man die Rottal- Terme erreichen zum Ausspannen und Entspannen. Der Bella Vista Golfplatz und der Ortskern sind ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Das Appartement besteht aus einem kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafraum. Es ist ein Doppelbett, sowie ein zusätzliches Einzelbett vorhanden. Im Wohnbereich sind eine Couch, ein kleiner Tisch und ein Fernseher vorhanden. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, 2 Herdplatten, Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank. Das Bad verfügt über Dusche und WC.
