Heading upstairs via the custom metal staircase, you will find a continuation of the maple floors guiding you to a spacious guest bedroom and full bathroom, also a luxurious master suite with full bathroom (bidet included) and a relaxing jetted tub with a separate shower that is tastefully tiled. The lower level has plenty of seating including a rocking chair and the blue couch turns into a bed. There is a separate office space with a built-in computer desk, comfortable chairs and a great selection of returnable reading materials. The office also has a full-sized bed for much needed rejuvenation. Each television has a Roku streaming stick for you and your guests to easily log in to your subscribed services. HBO Max, Disney, PureFlix and BET + are included and ready for streaming on each television. This home was built in 1920, along with a vast number of others, to accommodate the swelling population of Baltimore City after the Civil War. Even better than expected

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The amenities that Matthew provided were great -- there were mints, lollypops, and granola bars for each of us upon arrival. The space is incredible! From the Master Suite with a king-sized bed that was adjustable to the other bedrooms that were comfortable and cozy. Also, we loved the small details, like the beautiful paintings and decorations, plus the "Baltimore Bucket List" to check-off. Everything was clean and neat, and anytime we had a question, Matthew responded immediately and effectively. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit!

I came to Baltimore in 2016 and I have since fell in love with this city. I love unique spaces and if you do as well, then my unique home is the perfect scratch to your itch. I am a Disabled Iraq War Veteran (2005) out of Chesapeake , VA. I used the Veteran Home Loan to acquire this property. Like most veterans, I love all things historic and the ability to share my knowledge about… everything. I know this home's aesthetics are unmatched and I would love to share this experience with you. See you soon!
FYI. I'm a very laid back guy. Please reach out to me in advance with home usage and needs. I will try to accommodate most preferences.

Why they chose this property

The maple floors, the exposed brick, the quiet mornings with birds chirping, the proximity to the park, the amazing kitchen, the bidets, ohhh, the bidets, the jetted tub, the tiled bathroom, the master suite, the black out 'blinds' throughout the entire house. Just, everything.
