Get your vacation started right - stash your bags in one of the well-appointed bedrooms and head straight out to the large balcony to take it all in for yourself. Lucky guests of the primary suite have direct balcony access, and a killer Gulf view thanks to a wall of windows.

Inside, everything’s brand new, from the flooring to furnishings, fixtures, and paint. The open floor plan combines the full, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it perfect for gathering as a group. The chef will love the gleaming stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space, and the whole gang will love dining together at the adjacent table.

Spend the day at the beach, the pools, and tennis courts and return to relax in the central air-conditioning in the afternoon. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. If you’re not ready to call it a night, step out to a local restaurant or soak away the evening in the shared hot tub, but make sure to be home for sunset - you don’t want to miss the front-row seat from that balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
