This beautiful apartment is located in the historic center of Lucignano, close to all the historical monuments and churches of this beautiful village of the Chiana valley near Arezzo (25 km). This large one-room apartment of 75 m², which comes from the restoration of an old medieval building, is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with two sofa (TV); a typical stone arch separates the living room from the dining area and the fully equipped kitchenette (oven, fridge with freezer, Italian coffee machine, toaster); from here a few steps lead to a separate sleeping area with a double bed; Bathroom with shower (hair dryer). At guests' disposal a washing machine and Internet Wi-Fi connection.
The charming village, famous for its unique elliptical shape and concentric streets, is ideal for those who want to experience life in a medieval village; the village is very beautiful, rich in quaint corners, shops and restaurants. For those who are interested in art and culture and want to visit the most important art centers in Tuscany, Lucignano is also recommended, since from here Siena (45 km), Montepulciano (25 km), Cortona (25 km), Montalcino ( 45 km), Pienza (30 km) etc. are easy to reach, also thanks to public transport.
