Sunset Dreams is located on a paved road for easy access. The cabin feels tucked-away but is only a quick 15-minute drive to the best shopping and dining spots in historic downtown Blue Ridge. Spend your days apple picking at Mercier Orchards, swimming and fishing in the Toccoa River, or take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. If you have your sights set on an outdoor adventure, there are over 430 miles of trails to explore and a beautiful waterfall in the nearby Chattahoochee National Forest.

Sunset Dreams Cabin is a wonderful retreat for families, couples, and friends! Each level offers a private living space allowing guests to choose to spend time together or retreat to their own private area.

The first level of the cabin has a master suite with a king size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom on that level has 2 queen beds and Jack and Jill style bathroom that is also accessible from the living space. The bottom level boasts an impressive game room, laundry room, bedroom, bathroom and private deck. Additionally, the bottom living area has a queen sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress making it easy to sleep (6) guests on the main level and (4) guests on the lower level.

For your comfort and convenience you will be provided with the following amenities: salon-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion from Public Goods. These refillable 12 oz bottles produce less waste and ensure we are doing our best for the environment. We also provide makeup towels, liquid hand soap and a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and trash bags. The kitchen is equipped with a fully stocked coffee bar including: coffee, Torani syrup salted caramel, hazelnut , Irish cream and vanilla syrup, raw sugar, domino sugar, Splenda, and Nestle Coffee Mate coffee creamers. Not a fan of coffee, no problem, we will also supply you with Twinnings Tea.

Main Level

The main level boasts a spacious living area with cathedral ceilings, exquisite furnishings, gas fireplace, 55" smart TV, 8 person dining table, and a beautiful open-concept kitchen with granite countertops, two person dine-in island, perfect for entertaining!

The kitchen is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances (electric cooktop + oven, french door refrigerator + freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, tea kettle, 12-cup drip coffee maker, electric hand mixer, and crock pot) and all the tools needed to cook just about any meal including silverware, plates, and glassware and wine glasses for (10), measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans, cooking utensils, potato peeler, pizza cutter, rolling pin, cheese grater, knife set, cutting boards, colander, mixing bowls, wine key with bottle opener, various baking sheets, pots and pans, can opener, meat thermometer, BBQ tools, cleaning supplies, citrus zester, and spices.

On the main level you will also find 2 bedrooms, a master suite with a king size memory foam mattress and ensuite bathroom. The primary master bedroom is equipped with a 55" smart TV. For your convenience you will find a Graco pack and play, dresser, bench, and hair dryer in bathroom. The second bedroom boasts 2 queen beds and Jack and Jill style bathroom that is also accessible from the living space. It also has a hair dryer located in the bathroom and a luggage rack in the room.
Just off the living area is the main level deck and outdoor living space with a stunning long range mountain view, seating for everyone, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and hot tub. Blissfully sip your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening as you unwind from a day full of adventure.

Lower Level

Feast your eyes on the grass wall as you head down to the lower level which offers a second living space with contemporary furnishings, queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress, and game room. Here you'll find all the modern amenities you need to make your trip unforgettable including a regulation sized foosball table, air hockey table, pool table, multi-game arcade and a 75" smart TV. There is also an assortment of puzzles and games to make it a true family game night.

On the lower level you will also find a bedroom with a queen sized bed and ensuite Jack and Jill style bathroom that is also accessible from the living space. The laundry room is equipped a new washer and dryer along with an iron an ironing board.

Just outside the lower living space is another outdoor living area. Relax in privacy with a glass of wine while you look out into the surrounding wooded area, gaze up at the stars, or enjoy the sunset.
