Listing needs to be removed

Walked into home, no couch in living room but a tiny tv on the wall. Couch in the family room so not a big deal, but looks bad and uninviting. Tv in the master bedroom has fallen off the wall and sitting on the floor broken where cleaning person left it. bathrooms had no toilet paper, tubs were dirty and had old bars of soap in them. Kitchen had no paper towels or any cleaning supplies, countertop was broken and had a barstool supporting it. Dirty dishes in the dish washer, towels wet in the dryer. We had to go out and buy towels and wash clothes to shower, had to buy our own toiletries and paper towels along with cleaning supplies to clean the house so we could stay. Unfortunately the local hotels were full for the size rooms we needed or we would have left when we got there. This property has the ability to be nice if the owner would put the money back into renovations. The owner is a nice lady but this was the worst experience we have ever had renting a place to stay.
