Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This 2 BR/2 BA apartment has everything you need for a perfect San Diego getaway! Whether you are traveling with a family, as a couple, or just by yourself, you are certain to feel at home. We are in a bay-front complex, right next to Fanuel Park (a great place to relax), steps to the bay and 6 blocks to the ocean! We are also a few blocks from the heart of Pacific Beach which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore!

​​​​​​​The main floor includes a spacious living room with ample seating and a patio with partial bay views. The lower level contains two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. High-Speed wireless internet is great throughout the entire home for browsing, streaming, or working from home.

There is one flight of stairs inside the unit.

Great Stay !
If you have kids staying at the bay is the best!!! Beach is a ten minute drive and the bay is just a walk outside. The bay is the best place to paddle board, kayak or boat. The house was clean and nice. It does have a split plan with the kitchen and rooms down stairs and the tv room upstairs which can be tricky with kids but overall it was a great. Would stay again

Working Vacation
I appreciated the location, you can walk to great coffee, grocery stores and restaurants. Easy to take a walk along the bay or ocean. Logged 20K+ steps per day. I felt safe everywhere I went. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated that there are beach chairs and lots of beach towels.

Perfect Spot for a Home Base
We were so happy with our stay at the “Beach House Hotel!” Affectionately named by my youngest! It was a great location. Right by a park with a playground and right on the bay. You could easily stay and play there or you could travel a short distance to Sea World and Mission Beach. We loved having a designated parking spot in a garage that was spacious! The place itself was clean and cozy. The kitchen had just enough, but was lacking some basics if you wanted to cook a big meal. It was enough for us, as we were pretty on the go and did simple eating while at the condo. A perk we found in the kitchen was coffee and creamer provided. Nothing fancy, but very nice gesture if you didn’t have time to grab your own before morning. We were pleasantly surprised to find a few sand toys, chairs and plenty of beach towels. A couple notes. If you have crawlers or young walkers, the stairs have open risers. This was not an issue for our kiddos (4 and 8) but thought it may be a helpful note for some. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, but we did not feel exposed by visitors at the park. If anything, we felt motivated by all the visitors exercising!) I think the place could use some better window treatments in the upstairs living space. Just felt slightly exposed to neighbors, but not a huge deal. I had very prompt responses to my questions prior to our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment location was great. Apartment exterior was little old and need some up keep. Since there was no AC unit which was OK located the bay, one of the bedroom windows was old and rusty, cannot open. A stand up fan was use to circulate the air for the kidos else stay was good.

The location next to mission bay and the park was outstanding. Short walk to the ocean. Staying on mission bay was quieter and more relaxing than on the ocean beach. Easy travel to Petco, Cabrillo, and Coronado. Check in was quick and easy. A key for the gate and complex was missing at check in and was immediately remedied by managers.

Great Stay
We loved our stay here, it was close to everything. Felt like home, had everything you needed. However, there was no AC when we arrived, and every time we came back from an outing, the place was hot and humid, and we couldn't open the upstairs sliding door to let air in. The fans weren't as strong but worked. Other than that, it was a great place, the kids enjoyed it, and we had a few friends come to visit; we cooked a little and enjoyed ourselves. Just a recommendation, it would be nice to have a couple of stools by the kitchen island. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this place to others. Thank you for hosting!

This was a great little place right on the beach. Designated parking made it easy to come and go even during busy times. Only one set of keys made it a little complicated as we weren’t always going to the same places at the same time with the other couple we traveled with. The furnished beach chairs were an extra nice touch!

Clean apt and great location!
The listing is super accurate. Great location as you are just steps to the beach on the bay side. Parking included which is important or this neighborhood as st parking is hard to find. Checking in was super easy.
